I called their office in Orlando (407) 412-**** and a man answered the phone. First he said "hello" without identification of the business, so I asked if that was the emergency den+ist (as shown in their website). He impatiently said "YES, THIS IS THE DENTIST!". I inquired about prices for an extraction because I was in pain. I wanted to know more or less what would be the difference in price for having an extraction on a Saturday or on a weekday. This impolite could not answer any question. He seemed bothered by having answered the phone. He said "we dont know the price because it depends on the x-ray". I said "I understand that it is not known before the evaluation, but I would like to know if there would be difference between a normal appointment and an emergency extraction, just for an estimate" (because if the difference weren't too much, I wanted to end my suffering right away). He simply said "good-bye!" and hung up on me. What kind of animal has answered my phone call? What kind of service can they render having something like that answering the phone? He had identified himself as "the dentist". If he can't handle a simple question over the phone, how would he handle a patient in pain?
