Well, I have had two brain tumors removed. I've been in four comas.
Since 6/28/23, I've accrued 40 return item fees and 12 overdraft fees. I went into critical care on 7/3/23. A day before I was admitted, I contacted their offices and told them I most likely wouldn't see another two months. My daughter contacted them six times.
They keep asking her for my member number or my password, or they would not stop billing me until she had it. Now, after nearly $1000 in membership fees, bank fees, etc., I still have never sold or used the alleged site. So, who the *** do they think they are? I am seeking all membership fees and over 800 in bank discretions.
It has been a long, foggy year. But how low will you go, Emerchant? My daughter was sure I wasn't going to make it during my last two medically induced comas. She even told them I had passed to please stop billing my bank so she could use my funds to make my time more comfortable.
They attempted and were declined 46 times. They even sent emails stating they would try again due to non-payment. Mind you, I never sold or advertised ever. So, that is the most evil of scams.
I'm better now, I found my emails and it is on. 'Ron Faust', 'Hope Harman', and 'Nick Fernandez', talk to you on Monday, 6/17/24.
Preferred solution: All fees incurred from relentless attempts to cancel and full refund

Interaction with Emerchantclub
Merchant club convinced (pressured) me to open a web page for them with only $19 fee and then after I said yes they said oh theres access fee $29.95 a month. After a little time I realized I did not want to do this and called and went online to cancel them.
After a month they charged me again. When I called asked why charged again they said I never cancel account.

I personally recommend eMerchantClubs services. I got a website with them a little over a year ago and they have done everything that they promised.
My greatest success has come from posting my products on eBay and Amazon.
Found a little niche on eBay 5 months ago that I am riding until the wheels fall off!

I have blocked your access to my checking acct . A full refund of all hosting fees of 29.95 for 60 months is required today for $1800.
I have documents that prove when I contacted you to cancel my website.
I expect to have a refund completed by 8 pm today. Legal action will be taken if money continues to be taken out of my acct.

As expected, Emerchant has no interest in assisting anyone. No response, no refund.
I joined emerchant club and they have provided no guidance, support or any direction. When i got fed up and wanted out, they continue to charge me and told me that a specific process needed to take place.
so they continued to charge me, refused refunds until they got around to sending me the forms...
no help...no one to speak with ... total rip off.
quality of products suck and I wouldn't want to put my name to them.

I need all fees to be refunded immediately as I am still being charged for my website that I cancelled in March 2023. I will have no choice but to file a complaint with the federal gov' t and the state of Missouri attorney general if the fees charged since I opened the account.
The account was closed even though hosting fees had been paid.
The site was worthless. I talked to the lady handling my account but she blows me off.

I remember researching eMerchantClub before I became a member and saw this site saying not so great things. Long story short, I brough up online reviews to the sales agent and he put me at ease.
I don't regret getting started with eMerchantClub. They delivered everything they promised including a e-commerce website, access to a ton of wholesale products, and great support. I still have my site and made another 4 sales this morning. 4 months in...
I am satisfied.
Take the leap. They have been around for freaking decades.

On the phone as we speak trying to cancel and they are still trying to sell me this mess. Never got any support for set up and it is just a money game.

After signing up for a business paypal I was sent a message from PayPal saying I had an invoice to pay for a computer. My site doesn't have computers.

Offered no resolution, offer to reimburse me for this error, or corrective measures, to insure that it will not occur, in the future.

Dear Sir or Madam:
Joined the E merchant Club drop shipping company, paid the fees, did the advertisement; waited for and hoped for, an income. Much to my dismay, and disappointment, no income was generated.
Began receiving complaints, that none of the merchandise that was ordered, was received.
Approximately,557 requests were placed through the website, which went to E Merchant Club.
None were processed, no income was generated! Spoke with a member of the company, who had no reason, nor explanation, for the situation.
Could not explain, why the orders were not processed. Both, E Merchant Club and, I lost money!
- Do not fulfill their promises to their members

I was with eMerchantClub for about 5 years straight a long time ago and started back up with them 2 years ago. Sounds like you maybe didn't cancel your site?
Like Netflix or any other subscription service, you need to go online and cancel your website. Some people don't realize this for some reason.
Not too complicated and I find it hard to believe they would just continue to charge someone after they cancelled. I cancelled a long time ago and that was it until I started back up.
