Customer service Stinks!
Whenever you have to have someone come out (which in it of itself is not a good thing) they are hard to work with, you have to call them by a certain time in the early morning and if you are even 10 minutes late, they take another appointment. Then you wait around all day until "the technician" decides when he is coming out. It is bad enough that you have to have the spa constantly repaired, but then the company has the technician decide when he is coming? What happened to focusing on the customer? Why do I have to wait until the day of service for him to tell me when my appointment is? Any company that does not try to help their own customers doesn't deserve them!

Bought an Emerald Spa from Jubilee Pools and Spas. Nothing but problems. In 6 months the bottom delaminated, company eventually replaced it. New one did the same thing also in 6 months. This time they are trying to claim it's only cosmetic! What a joke! There's a 2" dip in the bottom about 18" around and another one showed up that's about 12" around on the other side. All in the foot area where you have to stand to get in and out or move around. Who in there right mind would not call this a dangerous defect! We are pissed! And won't stop until we get a refund! No one should have to spend $10,000 on something that can cause them danger. Not to mention it will eventually crack and dump all that water directly toward our basement. Do people need to be hurt for company's to stand up and be liable for the products they sell? We are hoping Emerald or Jubilee will as they should.
