Resolved: Ina unprofessional don’t mess with her
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. She got a bigger apartment. Her rent didn’t change and apartment was very, very nice.
Just don't do business with this young lady untrustworthy she's trouble Ina she has no business renting people anything even tho emerald point making things right I can't even trust her word that I would get 200 if referring someone people just doing the most we will see come once 1/2025

A lady from the corporate office called my daughter this afternoon I had my daughter put her on speaker phone and she was really nice and she said she wanted to make this write this was about the apartment that wasnt ready but she gave my daughter options, and she went with one of them, and I am pleased she did state that they never would have rented that apartment in that condition I believe her she was a boss and my daughter accepted what she offered I wanted to update my review because its is a nice place to live, and I was very pleased with my apartment That's why I referred her and emerald point marking it right I will be taken down my review

Resolved: Taken advantage of
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They gave us two offers made it right we were satisfied
I dont like that I will fight I will advocate cause Im good at that and Ill see you. Im good at that too and Im not from Virginia but I will see you about mine children taking advantage of. She tripped on any toys own a party of the city.
These are promises these are not threats that Maybe should not have all of them toys right outside the apartment is two apartments upstairs and two apartments down. Why is there a gang of toys?
