.I contacted code and compliance today and spoke with Amber intake this young lady going to take my complaint down after telling me somebody else's information of their complaint from the same apartment complex I kept informing her that I found the complaint with the 311 number and the lady walked me through it and I put pictures on there. She stated that she couldn't find the complaint even tho I gave her the complaint number so she said I will take your complaint after she told me another resident complaint which was good because they have lots of complaints emerald point the town house that I rented when trying lady cut the ribbon and opened the door I noticed the kitchen title was messed up the toilet when you sat on it went back-and-forth.
The front entrance of the door had to be repaired. They knew from the beginning that the minor repairs need to be done but they didn't care. They took my money and rent through anyway and thats what I told her that was my complaint and I told her that I was not signing no paperwork for No flooring people to come in and fix that for me. Im not paying for, and I told her I was going to report her because she said well if they want to fix the floor you have to let them I said, and they can because its there responsibility but I am not signing no paperwork because it was like that when I moved in, and I gave them time to make it right she said I set you up for November the 6 2025 I said ok bye she said bye I called back, and the lady said amber closed the case now that behavior is bad she needs to be fired she was bad as this dispatcher that was hanging up on the 911 calls.i called back, and another rep took my complaint they always ask are you on public housing section 8 are you getting a voucher?
I told her no to all of the above and that I was a taxpayer and I pay into Social Security, Medicare Medicaid, and everything else and as a tenant I have rights I have a right not to be harassed because I called cold and compliance because the apartment complex. Was knowingly rented out town houses and apartments when they were not ready or the repairs was not done. They were taking peoples money and then with people going to their town house of their apartment. The property manager send her cousin to replace the kitchen floor she didn’t want me to know that they were Mexican and she lied stated they were floor company not true she wanted me not to be home she lied on the city of Virginia Beach emerald point is a community and they have the fire department out here almost every 3 days or nites she don’t have accessibility for handicap. Don’t move here they scammers honestly and she’s a lier and a cheat they like to come in your home they don’t like you there I have proof.
This is the head of maintenance the one that Sierra said he was coming to repair the kitchen vinyl but when he came in, he started taking pictures of the carpet because somebody else carpet was tore up so he wanted to take pictures of mine but Sierra lied and deceived he knew he couldn’t repair the vinyl in the kitchen. I didnt say no racial slur I said African-American women are the worst to do business with some of them. Are they lie? Why would you hide the base rent in the pro ready rent until after I signed the lease?
Because thats what they used to do thats probably what they do to these young girls that live out here and have these children and then they wanna try to threaten them or bully him while you got the right Sister because I shouldve reported them to Call and compliance when they rented my daughter an apartment that wasnt even ready and she was pregnant and had two children. If this aint the only place that can be rented either the Maintenance people like to come in your house when they want to they rig stuff up and the maintenance people probably aint even license and a lot of people out here probably on section 8 and I told Claudia that I was gonna put it on social media. They just as bad then as they are now, I take that back back then there was a big rip off specially with your lighting gas and water every other day they sending you a text message talking about they gonna cut out the cut off the water for repairs. They can take this townhouse and do the most with it. Running out apartments that are not apartment ready Kitchen floor tile messed up did they want you to sign a paper so they can repair it? I don't think so.
It should have been repaired before I move in. This is what they do now they're trying to switch it off to another property manager They know exactly what they're doing. Why should I have to sign for them to come out and do the kitchen floor? It's not my town house.

So let them tell it to the judge she's going to say she emailed me she called me she emailed me no let's talk about it in court when people don't respond to emails and phone calls that mean they ain't got them to say to you this is what Emeralpoint does you cannot go around taking peoples money and stuff be jacked up, and then they want to cut a ribbon to your new town house?
When they realize that they couldn't harass me bully me threaten me they want to switch off property managers I don't care if she did cancel the Maintenance request. I had another request in for my back door. They never fix that, but it's OK this is their behavior. They rent messed up town houses and apartments to people And then when they move out they try to charge them for I got pictures.
And they like to come in your home when you just like they take people to court, they can be taken to court not to mention they put my daughter that was pregnant with three children in the upstairs apartment that was not apartment ready it had no heat in the winter I think It's time I get a hold of Rhonda Young, and they got roaches and the guy next-door leaves his own nasty trash for days and when you come out the back door you're stepping dog *** he got two dogs I don't bothering because I will not be renewing my lease, and I've already told them that they like to change your rent in the middle of the lease they stated from the beginning that your water bill is due on the 14th, then they want to harass you about that they lied and said that the city of Virginia Beach handles the water, and they don't Emeralpoint community has their own company so they send a plumber out. I sent pictures of what came out of the pipes that was causing the water to back up that's why Code compliance that came they need to be exposed.

Once you get moved in and settled and you have minor issues and you put in the maintenance request that’s fruitless. They already have stuff rigged when I moved in October 24 of 2024 and got the keys to my townhouse getting in and out of that back door was unsafe I had to seriously complained they be rigging staff specially when it comes to the closet doors the closet in the hallway they literally be rigged my toilet in my bathroom when you sit on it it goes forward that means a plumber didn’t come out and install it before I got moved in.
Who’s gonna go sit on the toilet immediately when they get the keys to their apartmentso there are some hidden things that you better check out because when I say these Maintenance guys pretend to do Maintenance that’s what they do and I don’t like it. They charge you deposit +1st and last months rent so I will not refer another person.
This is a big complex not to mention I pay the hefty HOA fee. You have these companies Mexicans that come out and cut your grass they're disrespectful. They don't care about weed eaten right by your new cars or trucks. I had to call their company and make a complaint.
These apartment complex rental offices are terrible, but you can cancel Christmas or Maintenance coming because I can see who come in my apartment.
I have a camera security camera even though I'll be at work all the time. I'm not going to leave my alarm off so apparently it wasn't important.

Beware of the property manager she will raise your rent in the middle of the lease if you allow her
She sent an email out stating that the city shut off the water on September 4 at 11:36 am due to a meter replacement. I contacted the city and spoke with Greg and I also have the voice recording where Greg stated that the city of Virginia Beach utility has nothing to do with Emeralpoint community. so again they have been lying Claudia they have been overcharging people on their water bill contact the health department if your water smells bad and they have been doing this for years. The city of Virginia Beach utility company has nothing to do with the water meters or anything the community apartment complex hires their own maintenance for that so they can go in and check your water bill up and everything else it has been confirmed.
I have an audio and Im gonna try to share it.
It may let me in may not contact the health department contact DPOR if youre feeling sick. When you start mess, you get mess

This is the same maintenance guy that came to my daughters house and took his coat off and said that her kitchen table now how unprofessional was that he better be glad it wasnt me young people beware of this man all women he seem like he like the case out your house and come when youre not there as well as come when you are there he probably have the keys to the apartment all along. A lady from the corporate office called my daughter this afternoon I had my daughter put her on speaker phone and she was really nice and she said she wanted to make this write this was about the apartment that wasnt ready but she gave my daughter options, and she went with one of them, and I am pleased she did state that they never would have rented that apartment in that condition I believe her she was a boss and my daughter accepted what she offered I wanted to update my review because its is a nice place to live, and I was very pleased with my apartment That's why I referred her and emerald point marking it right I will be taken down my review
