Hi As I see on her profile, she has graduated in 1998, "Dr. Raheleh Saeidi completed her degree in dentistry at the Melli University of Medical Science in Iran in 1998" She renewed and re applied for Canadian License in 2008. I don't know about your sun's case, but I believe every dentist take an X-ray, to confirm the cavities. Without X-ray, all will be unconfirmed opinion. Just because the 2nd dentist told you there is no cavity, you can't be safe. Maybe the 2nd dentist has made a mistake in diagnose. No offence, but your comment is more likely to be from one of her competitors, not an accurate patient's comment. ( My personal opinion) Good luck

Bad Dentistry, Emerald Dental care/Dr. Saeedi Yousefi

I took my 17 year old son to this office for a check up. The dentist(who is by the way new)said he has 3 cavities. I took him for a second openion and the other dentist said he has no cavities. the dentist(Dr. saeedi Yousefi is not knowlagable at all) she did not seem knowlagable. when I searched her up I realized she graduated in 2008, she said she has been practicing for over 10 years. She lied, is there anywher I can complain about her misleading info. please let me know . I am not going back

The worst dentist I have ever seen. Overpriced and incompetent: Her secretary is annoyingly rude and offensive.

She relies too much on X-rays and medical images, instead of experience & knowledge & common sense. She claimed 2 of my teeth showed obvious signs of decay & needed to be filled, just because the X-rays showed some shades. Then she opened them up and dug deep and deep into them & couldn't find any sign of cavity. Finally as she was getting dangerously close to the root, she gave up & filled them with composite.

Now both teeth are sensitive to cold & probably require root canal. I spent 500$ just to lose two perfectly healthy teeth. Now I have to spend a few 1000$ more on root canal and crown!

I showed the "before" X-rays to another dentist and she believed the whole procedure was unnecessary. Finally, while she charged me about 30$-50$ for each X-ray, when I asked her to let me have my x-rays, she hesitated & finally gave them to me disrespectfully like she was doing me a favor
