- - Hospital says balance is $0 and we received a $25 refund, and we have 30 days to dispute.
My Daughter recently received a bill on January 31, 2017 from Phoenix Financial Services stating that she needs to pay $736.00 for emergency services while she was living in Las Vegas back in January 12, 2015. She got in a car accident that day and went to the ER.
I know we paid this bill and our balance was $0.00 and we did overpay on top of that and we received a $25.00 refund as we overpaid. We have 30 days to dispute this bill by this debt collector. This is so frustrating as I just called the hospital and the gal that helped me said our balance is $0.00. Reading the other reviews this really sounds like a scam as her name is also misspelled.
We are working with our medical insurance company to resolve this because this is crazy.
This is really bad. So, please beware to others going through this.

i just received a letter demanding me that i need to pay $750.00 for something that was paid by my insurance at that time years and years ago? what gets me is that Pendrick Captial Partners, LLC has purchased my account from Emcare Flamingo Emergency Phys and has been asked to contact me regarding my past due account.
what pass due amount. yes i feel these people are scamming people for their hard working money. what gets me is that they say for California Residents: The law limits how long you can be sued on a debt. because of the age of your debt, Pendrick Capital Partners, LLC will not sue me for it and they will not report it to any credit reporting agency.
why because they are scamming people for money. i know what i pay for and what bills i have and there not on my list period. these type of people need to get caught.
Something needs to be done asap. so much scamming going on and its very scary.

EMCARE Flamingo Emergency Physicians stole money!!!

- - I paid the ER bill.
- - The bill was said to be Emcare Flamingo Emergency Physicians.
I received a phone call on December 14th 2013 from EMCARE for a 838 dollar bill for an emergency room visit April 29th 2012. I had visited the emergency room around that time, but I had already paid the bill.
The caller said the bill was to Emcare Flamingo Emergency Physicians, not a hospital.
When I called Desert Springs Hospital to check on the bill they said I had to take it up with Emcare Flamingo Emergency Physicians. Whenever I try to call the number, 702-369-****, over the past five days, it says "all circuits are busy please try again later." This happens no matter what time of day.
WTH is Emcare Flamingo Emergency Phys? I've never heard of them in 2015 or now in 2019 and I'm not paying a damn DIME
Rip Off Debt collection company
- - I received a collection demand for $390 from Flamingo EMCARE.
- - There is no record of an Oct 2003 emergency visit; I believe this is fraud.
I was contacted by a Flamingo Emergency Physicians EMCARE collection company for $390.00 but they say that on Oct 2003 my wife went to emergency but there is no record of such a visit and so I believe that the company is a Fraud collecting information and they are selling my information to other collection companies...PLEASE HELP to STOP THIS...We gathered our credit reports and they do not include this information and so now we are going to contact them to manifest our refusal to pay something we are not responsible...Thanks for your help. God Bless

This has happened to me me twice now I have never been to an er in Vegas. Disputed first time 2nd time I have to fight it. Ugh
I just had something reported on my credit report for over 1500 from them and I've never even been! It's just now being reported and I've not even visited Vegas in two years and I've never been to an emergency room there!
