Well, I purchased Legend of the Sand Dollar, the smaller version of it, as a PES and I'm planning to buy a much bigger embroidery machine with a larger field. This way, I can upgrade to the biggest version of Legend of the Sand Dollar.
Do I need to purchase it again, or can I download the larger version?

Can't get into my emb library acct
I've been locked out of my account and can't get to my patterns or to my account to purchase more. It aats ice been sent a link to reset my password but hasn't happened. Been over a week.

Cannot login to my account with Embroidery Library - I am trying to connect n tact them to resolve login issues

- - I tried a compliant password, but resets became invalid after too many attempts.
They changed requirements for login password. So password that I used for several years was no longer acceptable.
I attempted to update with new password that included at least 8 letters, some cap and lower case letter, including a number and also a symbol.
However, I guess I tried to update too many times and they said my reset was invalid. I have been a member to embroidery library almost 20 years and never had this issue.
My email has been blocked out. I have a design I want to purchase
