My 15 designs for $15 not working at check out
Issue has not been resolved. The email promised a flash sale today only: 15 designs for $15.
However, at checkout, the discount was NOT given! No code was provided to apply for the discount deal either!
The matter is still in the air. Not pleased!

Well, I purchased Legend of the Sand Dollar, the smaller version of it, as a PES and I'm planning to buy a much bigger embroidery machine with a larger field. This way, I can upgrade to the biggest version of Legend of the Sand Dollar.
Do I need to purchase it again, or can I download the larger version?
Please, let me know. Thank you.
Preferred solution: Just need to know if I have repurchased as gain in a bigger version of it

Can't get into my emb library acct
I've been locked out of my account and can't get to my patterns or to my account to purchase more. It aats ice been sent a link to reset my password but hasn't happened. Been over a week.

Cannot login to my account with Embroidery Library - I am trying to connect n tact them to resolve login issues
They changed requirements for login password. So password that I used for several years was no longer acceptable.
I attempted to update with new password that included at least 8 letters, some cap and lower case letter, including a number and also a symbol.
However, I guess I tried to update too many times and they said my reset was invalid. I have been a member to embroidery library almost 20 years and never had this issue.
