Can't get in contact with a customer service representative. I want to return the embr wave.
This is a scam. There is no phone number to call.

I had mine for nine months and it’s not connecting to the charger I been texting for about a week and isn’t getting any results I paid too much money for this to only work for nine months!!!
Cant get any help with my embr wave 2 it wont connect to the charger and all I keep getting from support is the same thing over and over again!!!

I have returned my product on June 29, 2022. I was delivered by the Fresno, CA 93725. I don't see a refund on my Affirm account.

From day one the white light never turn a color unless it's red need charging green it's charged..I press the button for cool light is white and I never felt any kind of cool or warm sensation.,I just want and exchange for a working black Embr wave 2 is all Karen Butler is asking..this wave 2 cost to much for no respond about something I paid my money for.

Unable to get support
Have a question about my embr support has no way to ask question online without giving credit card info.No phone number to call. Great product I already own 2 embr1 and love them but their support stinks all of these co are using a service for support that asks for credit card info apple is the same way but they have numbers you can call for help.My credit has been compromised 3 times in the last year and have had identity theft done once 30 years ago. I requested help 1 Dec it is now 8 Dec support stinks.

I think it's really sad that they can't send me a free device from Embr Wave and they sent other people a free device and I'm someone that could really use it instead it's going to be some rich celebrity that's going to get something for free or somebody famous but for me they won't do it even though I have medical proof I need it that's not that's unacceptable
I'm on disability there's no way I can afford that kind of money and I told you that I even have medical proof that show when I could really use this I think it's sad that insurance companies don't cover this but I think it's more sad when a company charges $300 or something it won't send somebody one for free that they're even their doctor wants to ask for
My doctor wants to see it my therapist wants to see it , my neurologist wants to see it my nurse practitioner wants to see it
And so on and yeah they can afford to buy it but why should they when they could have somebody who's a patient of theirs verify it works they want to see what it does so off me 15% off won't help me cuz I only get $750 a month after that 270 goes in my landlord so there's not much left
So I find it unacceptable and atrocious that you won't send me one for free when you have other people I showed you that I can get proof of medical reasons why I would like to stop by and why I could save my life and yet you still won't send me one that's not a good company to deal with in fact that's what I would even recommend
I will continue to tell people about this that you won't send me one because what you're doing is not right and I have the freedom of speech to do that all I ask you send me once review never get posted on more sites you can possibly imagine
In fact I guarantee you that was my doctor's recommendation you would probably sell over triple what you sold now guaranteed because there would be medical evidential proof that this works let me know here's my info again
