Stopped working

My $149.99 Ember mug does not charge or keep coffee hot after a year's use. It worked great until a few weeks ago, but now won't take a charge. While an awesome idea, the execution is less so. Dealing with customer support is frustrating, the responses are canned and not even addressing the information I submitted.

User's recommendation: Avoid, expensive for usage.
