DO NOT BUY FROM EMARDIGRASBEADS.COM

I received my order and when I opened my box, two of my masks were fine but one wasn't. The feathers in which should've been adhered to the middle of the mask was laying broken off next to the mask.

Also one of the corners of the mask is separating. Within minutes I called emardigrasbeads.com. I spoke with the owner, Nanni. He told me he would not send me a replacement.

He would only refund my money once I sent the mask back to him. He said if I sent it back and ordered another one he would charge me again for shipping. He then went on to say he doesn't have another one of the masks I ordered. He said they do not ship broken items and blamed UPS.

I am not a fan of UPS but they did not do this. The box was in tact and showed no signs that it had been opened and re-taped. He then said it was my fault. Last time I checked I don't work for him so how could it be my fault?

I don't even live on the same coast as his business! I have proof of the time UPS delivered and the time I made my phone call. NO way is it my fault! I even took pictures of the mask right away.

This guy is rude and a very incompetent business owner! Do NOT buy from emardigrasbeads.com!!!

Emardigrasbeads.com - Do Not Use

Do not use this mardi gras supplier!!! I worked with them to design custom beads for an event.

This were going well, prices and deadlines seemed reasonable. When I asked to progress with the order the designer never wrote back. I tried to contact them again after waiting for 3 weeks and a week later I finally got a response that they could not complete the project in the original time frame and then beads would be 1-2 weeks late. I called to speak to someone since it was their lack of response that delayed the beads.

While on the phone they stated they repeated that they would not be able to meet my original deadline and that it was my fault for it but that they could rush it for $5 per bead, which is almost triple the original cost ($1.75 per bead). I asked to speak with the manager and the person on the phone stated that he was the owner. He stated that I was the reason for them being 1-2 weeks after my deadline and that I had not told them to progress with the order. When I read my emails back to him, he stated that I never said the amount to order.

This was in my email and I continued to reread my emails and the responses from the company. The owner continued to argue with me and refused to negotiate the price.

All in all this company did not respond to my emails, delayed the order to try to get more money out of me and then argued on the phone and lied about what had been done.

Luckily I found a local company who has been very helpful and just wants to help me get a good product. Do Not Use emardigrasbeads.com!!!!!
