Spent $10 on Roblox gift card for daughter ACING SPELLING TEST, put gift card on the phone it showed the$10 added, she went to the game to order something & it's saying no fund's available.
I purchased a $10 Roblox gift card for my daughter put it on my phone and tried to use it and it's saying no fund's available!! I literally just put it on my phone IDK what's up with that, but I do know that I want it fixed and a refund ASAP

I want to let you know why I no longer use sprint
I went to a t-mobile store and paid off my phone. Then I was told I did not have a good enough credit for another one.
So I had previously had sprint/ mobile for a couple of years paying every payment on time.
