I had my Juno email for 20 years. It was the email that everyone knew.
Now I can't even log into Juno to retrieve all of my important saved emails. I called customer service, but got a person in the Philippines that barely spoke English. I was told that they couldn't help me unless I faxed a copy of my drivers license to a New York fax number. This was to prove that it was really me.
Are you kidding me? Why would I send out my identity to have some unknown steel it?

Lorex is supposedly "migrating" to a new system. There is no product support during this time and in my case, it eliminated my ability to view cameras on my Lorex surveillance system.
They recommend calling customer service. I have attempted over the last two days, two different phone conversations with Lorex support. Each call has been with an East Indian accented female that cannot speak English outside of phrases. Neither were able to help fix the issue.
The "migration issue" is supposed to take a "couple of more weeks", and to "call back in 2 days".
Nobody needs to spend this kind of money and go through the installation to have a product that is not working or supported. Do not buy Lorex.

att changed its Yahoo email customers months ago, and I've had problems signing into my emails, call after call, hours on the phone, weeks of this crap. All I get is, "Yes Yahoo email customers have had problems signing in, "it is an easy fix, will be done in 24 to 48 hours." Well about 300 hours later, This Telecommunications company doesn't know what the *** they're doing.
I still cannot get signed in.

Reagan Com - Cannot get response from support in any communication format

I have submitted 3 support questions via the online process they provide and after 4 days I have received no replies. I was able to reach them by phone last month for a fraud issue, but nothing this time. I am getting more fraud mail and no longer comfortable with the lack of accessibility to support. I have tried both methods offered online to submit my messages and have no idea where I am supposed to look for the replies or if they actually email the account with their answers, but so far NOThing has been responded. It should not be this hard to get support. I will most likely cancel when my renewal is up and I would not recommend this email service to anyone.

Aol - Won't close my account in an expediant way

I tried to close my account online, but could not remember details about two user names my kids used on my account, 15 years ago. I called, and they said I had to not use aol for 90 days, and that was almost 4 months ago.
"Customer service" said they had no way to close it, and their is no one at aol that could, an obvious lie. Scammers and spammers are using my address, and sending insults to people I know, and causing havoc. I did make a complaint to the FTC, but they can only act if there are many other complaints. So, contrary to law, I am forced to stay i9n the aol system.
They were sued for this same thing in 2015. Their spam filters do not work.

I couldn't get into my e-mail so I contacted AOL. They changed my e-mail to AOL.Gold and I hate it.
I will cancel if they don't put it back the way it was. This is BS.
