I had been looking all over for Lancôme Taupe eyebrow pencil. Lancôme has discontinued this color.
So when I found it on E cosmetics, I was so excited to finally find out that someone sold my color. I paid with PayPal and never received my order.
I am glad PayPal refunded my money. I will never use this company again.
