Elwoods has refused to respond to any correspondence, including the Maryland Attorney General.
I have been banned and given a poor rating on hibid due to Brad Elwood mistaking me for another bidder. He has not responded to either the BBB or Maryland State Attorney General.
Preferred solution: Apology
