I payed 53$ for reshaping to my new address they sent it to my old address and it was returned to the company 253$ worth of merchandise they didn't contact me or try to send to my new address they robbed me and blocked my email information going to see about a lawyer as soon as I can.

I had a very unpleasant experience with an employee at the Boise, ID location. Very unprofessional, had the complete opposite customer service attitude and showed no interest in retaining employees.
Will never work for this company again. Each office employee should seek the best interest of 'their' employees, hence they are in a customer service role.
