Company is a SCAM and their product is garbage!
- - Elspet litter box arrived damaged.
- - No return address; offered $30 refund and told me to keep the box; China-based and accused of scams.
I purchased the Elspet automatic litter box. Came damaged.
Company refused to give me return address to send it back instead kept offering me a $30 refund and said to keep the box. Company has been scamming people in the US and other areas of the world. This is a China based company and they are not reputable! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!
Go to facebook group "I was scammed by Elspet" and read the reviews from thousands of people who were scammed by Elspet. I'd give them a 0 on the review but its not available.
