I purchased a cheap HP toner cartridge. When I put it to my printer, I heard some strange sound.

I tried to print but it just printed blank pages. I took the cartridge out and found out that the cartridge is damaged. I called them and they said I need to pay shipping fees to ship it back to them. The cartridge cost $26 buck, I paid $9 to ship to me, if I pay another $9 to ship to them.

That means I pay $18 for a $26 product. People should not buy cartridge from them, they just sell you junk.

It is their responsibility to make sure the product is in working condition. When I opened the plastic wrap, I saw a dirty old cartridge junk.

Totally dissatisfied. These guys aren't very accurate in their descriptions.

To them recycled OEM cartridges mean "Something else similar made in China." The problems are obvious for anyone who has ever had experience with re-manufactured or re-cycled OEM products. These Made in China dupes aren't correct and often require some crazy workaround to function properly. You find that out the hard way. My stuff never did work aqnd of course it was now used.

Too bad for me, eh? Would not recommend them. In fact, stay away and jsut spring for the little bit extra real OEM stuff costs.

is a supplier of new toner cartridges for all makes & models of printers, copiers, etc. I was a loyal, 5-yr long customer & purchased $5,000 annually.

All of their products are made in China and of inferior quality. Initially, their products worked, but, by the end, the failure rate was greater than 50%. I returned many defective items, they did not honor a refund. Their BS reason was that the cartridges were used.

I spoke to the owner via email, she stated that they do not want me to order from them anymore, which I would not anyway. This is how they treated a good customer! They have failed to realize that there are many other suppliers and customer service is the highest priority!

Shipping charges are also excessive. Do not buy from this company, use abcco.net.
