Good morning,
I made a purchase of two swimsuits, at the total cost of $47.00 including shipping and handling. I placed my card details into the required fields and my card was charged for the said sum.
I have an email from my bank showing that same was charged.
However, after receipt of that email I received notice stating that:
"We encountered an issue processing your credit card. Please double check your card details and ensure you have sufficient funds.
If the problem persist consider trying another payment method ..."
I am therefore writing to confirm whether the order has been placed or not. And if not, whether my card would be refunded as same has already been charged.
I still don’t have my top and I got my bill today and I have a 10.99 return fee I should not have all my returns are replacements
Being punished for a mistake I did not cause received an item I did not order then in order not to pay I had to return it. I never got my top

Order missing
I received my product finally.
The rep I spoke with was a bit rude first time I had gotten someone like that she threatened to hang up on me when I insisted on a supervisor she became nicer and pretended that someone would call back snd that never happened

The money from my order has still not been returned to my card yet and my order was never placed according to your customer service representative. And what is even more alarming and disappointing is that according to your representative this has been happening to alot of people.
Why are you still allowing orders to be placed... and if you know this is happening...why are you not compensating people for their inconvenience. An extra discount or percentage off wouldn't hurt to encourage them to still go through with their order.
Instead of just telling them "oh this has been happening alot and we suggest that you complete your order as a guest but wait until your money is refunded back to your card before doing so." REALLY??!!! You guys have got to so better than that.

Why none of my credit cards nor bank card are valid? I just ordered two weeks ago
Cards not being accepted just order two weeks ago never problems like this before.
I was inform not to input my info due to major charges to others accounts- I pray that is not the issue for me I just wanted a dress.
Reduced price on order placed
Phone rep was not really very polite and was resistant to gelp. I explained I placed the order Saturday and Sunday was a sale with my items $10 cheaper.
While she said she could not verify that ( it was on the site!) I would receive a one time courtesy refund, but only after my item shipped. I know the refund policy on reduction is only good for 7 days but she could not assure I would get my order in 7 days..
