Have been a long and loyal customer
As much of a hassle it had been over the years, we stayed loyal and continued to give them chance after chance. Finally I had to pause payment so I could stop the random calls when we were too busy to accept new business.
They deactivated the account and after jumping through hoops to start receiving leads again. They did not take accountability for not providing the service they mentioned on the phone. I asked them to go back in the call log to review the conversation to avoid arguments. They said they dont record the conversation between clients, only the leads.
I said any professional company Ive ever had encounters with, always record the calls for quality assurance.
This company is not worth the money either way.
Most of the leads are people who cant afford a service, people looking to pick your brain to do it themselves, and very few turn out to make any money. Elocals makes all the money and does everything to not provide credits for mishaps on their end.
User's recommendation: If you want to stay profitable, don’t use them for your leads. It’s scary how they get them in the first place.

Verified ReviewerScammed by 3BC’s HVAC and appliance repair
We called this company to take a look at our cooktop. Jeff arrived on December 23, 2022 and after we explained what was wrong he took a short look and recommended that we replace our cooktop.
He told us that he would order it for us and it would be shipped directly to our home and he would call in a few days with the tracking number. When it arrives, he would come back and install it.
He asked that we pay him for the order and although we were hesitant he insisted that we take a photo of the check and our invoice.
We paid Jeff $1,939 and we never saw him again. The excuses started with a death in his family and then moved to every other excuse. It is not almost April of 2023 and he has no plans to return our money.
We googled the company and realized that this is what he does. I hope this review save another family.

Verified Reviewer |Report Scam Company
We would like to report a scam from a company that you sponsor called "3BC's HVAC and Appliance Repair". The technician was to repair a dishwasher that was not operating and told us that he could order another with a discount.
He insisted that I write him a check in advances since he needed that to get us a discount. The new dishwasher never arrived and after repeated calls to the 3BC's number no response. We sent a certified letter to the company asking for a refund of $833 which they received on Dec 7, 2022.
We have not heard from the company. We feel that is unethical to sponsor a company that scams its customer and would appreciate help in recovering our money.

E Local takes your money and doesn't deliver.
I did business with E Local for a short while. They lied, did not get a result and would not provide support.
E local would not answer billing questions so I did not pay their $89 invoice. They then turned my company over to a collection agency over $89.00 that they would not explain. I certainly would recommend you skip these folks...they have an agenda and in my opinion it is not in your best interest!
Their service level is extremely poor except for when it come to selling their scam. Run away from this one as it is waste of money!

Warning about Repairman 3 BC's Hvac & Appliance Repair. After many weeks and now months, this company, who's repairperson was Jeff, have not refunded us the money they charged us for a part that they couldn't get.
To make a long story as short as possible, we had a 7 year old Samsung refrigerator in which the freezer part stopped working. We had one guy out which we got off Angi's list. He said it needed a new motherboard but he was unable to source it. So we called several other appliance repair people .
This was the day before Thanksgiving and we were desperate to get the freezer fixed. After calling one company in Cary, they sent out Jeff from 3BC,s because he was in the area. He checked our freezer and filled it up with freon (for $450!) and said it needed a new evaporator. He could order the part and hopefully have it in by Monday after Thanksgiving.
He asked for payment then and we gave him a check. Yes, I was a little leery of paying him upfront for a part but he had me take a picture of the receipts and order form so I thought he must be honest. By Tuesday of the next week the whole refrigerator had died and we hadn't heard from anyone in the company about the part. They wouldn't answer my texts until I told them we were going out to buy a new refrigerator.
Then they finally answered and said they didn't know when it would be in. So we cancelled the order and they said they would refund us the $293.89 for the part. Here it is the end of January and we haven't received any refund. We've texted and called many time.
We even reported them to the NC Consumer Protection Division, who sent them a letter on January 4. I texted them again and told him I was going to put a review on Next Door. Then he acted like he didn't know who I was. He said he would be back in town Jan.
15 and call me then. Of course he didn't. I guess the next step is to go to small claims court.
Hopefully the NC Consumer Protection Division can help us get our money back. Just be warned about 3 Bc's HVAC and Appliance Repair out of Fayetteville.
