- - Purchased Ellipal steel seed phrase on Jan 5.
- - On Jan 30 I reported nonreceipt; tracking showed it returning to vendor; as of Feb 4 there was no product and no reply.
I bought an Ellipal steel seed phrase from their website; this was on January 5th. On January 30th, I contacted Ellipal to report that I had not received it yet.
I have the USPS app, so I can track incoming packages. I had been watching it go through the system and saw that it was headed back to the vendor. I received an email back telling me, 'Don't worry, everything is fine.' Well, it's now February 4th, and still no product, and now they won't answer the customer service email.
My advice: steer clear of these guys. It's made in China; I should have known.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. There server had a problem my crypto was back the same day
I was getting a something error, so I updated the app. 6001 XRP and 38564 XDC disappeared—over $15,000 gone.
No customer service, no help. It's a scam.

Had a large balance suddenly show up on my Ellipal cold wallet, I suspect a scam. I cannot get a response back from Ellipal customer service to try and verify the transaction.
They don't answer emails and they have no phone service.
I thought a cold wallet was suppose to be secure.
As soon as this is rectified, if it ever is, I'm replacing my wallet with a more reputable company. Ellipal customer service is horrible!

Problems with erc20 node
they had problems with the node of erc20 for 24 hours but luckily it was solved and I could finalize my transaction
