I forgot my email and can't reset my password or username

- I can't log into my account and I don't remember my Betterment information.
- I have my SSN and current ID and hope to invest again.
There was a voicemail and I left a message as well. I've been trying to log into the account and I haven't been able to.
I also had an account with Betterment, but I don't remember my information. That's current is different, but I have my social security number and my current ID. Thank you.

Filed dispute. They had the funds returned, however denied my claim and kept the funds. They do not provide a phone number, customer service (as it is called) takes several messages to get a reply. No accountability, no one to speak to.
Worst company to invest with. Beware!
