I forgot my email and can't reset my password or username
There was a voicemail and I left a message as well. I've been trying to log into the account and I haven't been able to.
I also had an account with Betterment, but I don't remember my information. That's current is different, but I have my social security number and my current ID. Thank you.
Hopefully, I will be able to invest again with you. Sorry for the inconvenience.

For few days now I cannot get into my account with ellevest. Every time I tried to check my account it said something went wrong

Account locked
Why is my account locked? I really wanted to make a change, but it took forever to get in touch with someone. Please I need someone to call me at 954289**** ASAP otherwise I may have to cancel my account.

Stolen funds not returned
Account hacked. Notified Ellevest immediately.
Filed dispute. They had the funds returned, however denied my claim and kept the funds. They do not provide a phone number, customer service (as it is called) takes several messages to get a reply. No accountability, no one to speak to.
Worst company to invest with. Beware!
