I had Chloe who tried her best to do what I wanted. But a month prior, I sent a photo of myself and my hair, and what I wanted to get done.

They sent back that it was fine. I drove 3 hours to get there, only to be told that they could not do it. So, I got foils and a haircut, and moisturizer for $470.00. I could have stayed in Kingaroy and paid $200 for the same job.

I just drove all that way, to be disappointed and told they can do something else. Really not worth $470.00, so don't do anything over email because they say they can do it but when you get there, they can't.

But I have to compliment Chloe, it wasn't her fault. She is great with customers and made me feel at home.

It was my daughters wedding overseas and I went to Ella and Jade in Woolloongabba as I wanted my hair (which is shoulder length to look fuller) they said no problem they can help. I agreed to Color my existing hair $180 I told them I did not want my hair cut as i was trying to grow it thats why I agreed for tape.

They told me they had to cut it and color it in order for the tape extensions to look good. I was not happy but I agreed as I wanted the hair extensions tape.

This process took 2 appointments first appointment was color 180 cut $195 hair conditioner treatment $60 they had to order the hair which was very short and approx 8 pieces. Hair pieces $170. I contacted them after they started falling out but I was leaving n Sunday and they were closed on Monday.

I told them I had to get them fixed before I went to he wedding but no hairdresser could help such short notice. Was also informed that if anyone touched my hair they would not be responsible and NOBODY did anything to my hair other than them. I was so upset as it was a disaster watching the extensions slide down from my scalp days before the wedding. it looked awful and its the one thing.

I Confirmed over and over again that they would last for at least 6 weeks-8 weeks. It was all down hill from there and I took photos of the hair pieces that had fallen out. They tried to say it must be the shampoo I was using but I NEVER USED ANY SHAMPOO AS I WAS WORRIED IT MiGHT CAUSE A PROBLEM BUT THEY WERE FALLING OUT 1 WEEK AHAVING THEM FITTED! I was sendin emails texts and they were replying with all sorts of excuses blaming the hair supplier blaming me you name it they were trying to scam me when I asked for my money back.

I sent all photos and proof but Ella was determined not to reimburse me and OFFERED ME A BAG OF HAIR SHE HAD RECEIVED FROM THE SUPPLIER. WHAT SORT OF HAIRDRESSER OFFERS A FREE BAG OF HAIR? WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH THAT AS I NEED SOMEONE TO FIT THEM. Its embarrassing how unprofessional this hairdresser is.

I am also onto Fair Trading and will not let them get away with this. They pretend to be professional but what sort of customer service is that. Shame on them for scamming their customer with sub standard work.

Provided the pictures and evidence and they requested and still they deny it. BE CAREFUL OF ELLA & JADE WOOLLOONGABBA BRISBANE I WILL ALSO BE GETTING LEGAL Advice SO another customers do not have to experience the same.
