I ordered the chandelier number 18096/3. I have the invoice in my hand and I'm preparing to report you to the Better Business Bureau like a lot of people obviously have.
I need an immediate refund of the full amount I paid for this chandelier, which was $293.63 when I bought it back on July 6, 2004. I'm prepared to take legal action. This has been far too long. I demand an immediate refund.

Verified ReviewerReturned Item and they haven't refunded
They make it complicated to return an item and after all that, they never refunded our credit card. The required tracking said the two pendants arrived July 6 and their policies state a refund will be processed within 5 days.
It has been 17 days. I was on hold for a long time to reach a customer service representative and now someone is supposed to call back but still haven't.
We found the same pendants on Amazon for a fraction of the price. Their pendants didn't match the pictures so we expected higher quality.
Preferred solution: Full refund

Elk Lighting Sells What They Don't Have
Ordered a pendant light from Elk. Happy to take my cash.
Three days later the first email saying it is being prepped to ship. 8 hours later, another email saying they could not get it from a supplier. I thought they were the supplier. Nowhere did it say getting it from a third party maybe.
It is not the 90's, inventory needs to be on hand before your website sells it...had to complain to Paypal to get my money back.
There was no easy way to contact them as there is no chat and they did not reply to my email questioning why they lied.
Elk and the entire Bellami family of front companies must be avoided.

Avoid this company. They have had my money for months.
I ordered 6 wall sconces. 3/6 (half) shipped defective. When the retailer tried to replace they were out of stock and on were on back order. 2/4 replacements also came damaged.
(I ordered one extra as "insurance" but that plan backfired.) Now the room continues to be only half finished and half lit. I'd return them all if 3 weren't already mounted.
Customer Service has ignored me and all I am asking is some consideration like discounting or "comping" one of the 6 for my troubles.

This company has a high turnover rate and does not see the problems within the walls. Good luck getting your money. Seems like all they do is pass the buck.
