I was picking up a passenger on Morrisey st in avenel nj. It was approximately 10:15 am the day of the complaint.

I was getting back into the mini van one of your vehicles angrily accelerated to pass swerved near me while I was up against the vehicle. My passengers were upset as well. It has nothing to do with my service at all.

Its also an issue that you cant get a person on the phone. If this employee of you had some kind of serious issue going on someone could have been seriously injured like myself

I would like to cancel my existing order at address 824 Rebecca pl I no longer living there and the knew renters is using my services that I need to be shut off immediately due to Im still paying my bill and no longer living at 824 Rebecca pl Elizabeth nj

I have a different address that bill came in extra high. I took the gas out of my name. Why am I getting a bill from that address?

Was service ever all night and day

They made me pay $600 upfront because of previous tenant I payed the $600 upfront now I have to wait till January 9th for someone to come and turn the gas on. I have 3 children whom are sick I had to hospitalize my 10month old over the weekend.

My house temp inside in 55 degrees and they told me there is nothing they can do that I have to wait till the 9th. I am a single mother of 3.

They got what they wanted they got there $600 upfront how come I have to wait ? They are thieves and don't care about anything but money !

Got a flyer saying they were to start installing new gas lines starting approx. 3/7.

On 3/22 they knock on door and tell you to get your vehicle out of the street (a dead-end) as they are starting their work. I had deliveries scheduled that I questioned whether they would get through. Did they care? NO.

Now, they dig half the street and we do not know if they are coming today. My family is going away for a week, with 3 additional cars to be let in front of my house. Will they be in the way of the construction? When is Lantier, the contractor coming back.

Three emails to them (how they want to be contacted) have gone unanswered.

Lantier's concern for the people their work impacts on is unbelievably poor.

I used the pay by text service offered by Elizabethtown Gas for 205. + 4.95 convenience fee and they took it upon themselves to pay my account in full in the amount of 805.

+ a 4.95 convenience fee. I called to find out exactly who made this decision because I sure enough didn't approve that amount to be withdrawn from my account. Elizabethtown Gas stated they can't tell how the payment came in but that they received authorization to process the payment in the amount of 805 + a 4.95 convenience fee. I contacted my bank and put in a Fraud claim and my bank has it from there - they have refunded me 605.

and Elizabethtown Gas received only the amount of money I authorized them to withdraw.

DO NOT USE THE PAY BY TEXT OPTION!!! SCAREY HOW ELIZABETHTOWN GAS THINK THEY CAN TAKE UNAUTHORIZED AMOUNTS OUT YOUR BANK ACCOUNT WHEN YOU SIGN UP FOR A SERVICE THEY OFFER TO CONVENIENTLY PAY YOUR BILL...THEY SUCK AND THEIR BI-LINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ARE UNPROFESSIONAL.

I have 3 children in a house with no gas which means no heat! it is currently 33 degrees.

I waited for the gas tech to come to my house on friday never showed called and costumer service says they called and no one answered. "I was home all day and no one called" I said so we had to make another appointment for get this the following tuesday. Well I had no heat or cooking gas for 5 days. I waited all day on Tuesday from 8am to 4pm with my children having to turn the heat on in my car and wait so we could keep warm.

You will never believe it the gas company never showed!!! Now very upset and cold I then called again I talked to a supervisor this time she said that we came to your house and no one was there. That is immpossible I said I was waiting in my car in my driveway for 8 hours and no one has come to my house. I told her I was determined to have the heat on in my house.

She said the only thing they can do is come the next day between the hours of 8am and 12pm. Well we will see.
