Incompetant Phsyciatrist

Dr. Winkleman works in the Elizabeth Layton Center in Paola Kansas. She is the worst doctors I have ever seen. She treats you like an *** and lies about you in your file. And if you are trying to get disability, don't go see her because she will sabatoge all your chances of getting social security you deserve all based on lies. She is a stuck up know it all that thinks she is better than everyone else, and has been know to over medicate patients which is illegal. This facility only has one doctor and I am willing to drive thirty miles to go see another doctor so that I do not have to be another one of this womans victims.
