Early in March I saw ad on my PC re Neucoblast and Neuro RPM for energy and enhances endurance. "Send for FREE trial and pay for shipping." I am 81 years young and have not EVER ordered auto delivery or auto pay.
Their ad is deceptive and I did not see where I would receive auto shipments. I tried to buy groceries and my debit card would no go thru due to this company using my debit card on 3/19 in the amount of $87.90.
I called company and spoke to Christopher who told me that no refunds and could not refund my money. I said that I would go to Post Office tomorrow and send their supplements back. He said oh no don't do that cuz you need an RA.
And no refunds as if I read the print I would have known that. He gave me to his supervisor, David employee #A240. He said no refunds. I was on phone for ever and he came back and said he would send me check for $21.97, I said no I wanted the $87.90 returned to my checking account, after 2 more put on holds he came back and offered me 50% off and again I said NO I wanted my $87.90 refunded to my checking account.
He said no and I said I would go to bank and dispute this and he said they would side with their company. I feel companies like this one are predators and can easily deceive the general public especially the elderly. And further not to refund money from a product for any reason at all is very suspicious and unheard of. I want my money returned to my checking account .

I found their charges on my credit card. I called smartday (800-289-****) and they would not issue a credit. They wanted to make a “deal”.
I have already called in and placed this in dispute with the credit card company. Furthermore, in calling in I found that I was not the first and certainly not the last to call in with the same circumstances of being surprised by this company.
I have had this card number stopped and it is being replaced with a new card and number just in case they try to charge their membership fee of $85.99 again. They did try.
Be this as it may, I called the smartday (aka also elitesmartday.com) and asked for a refund and/or correction. They would not do it. They did say that they would cancel my "membership". I don't believe it. So putting a stop on the card is the best way to stop them. I am one of many that have been fooled. I will do whatever legality is necessary to help stop this activity on their part and warn other people.

I had the same problem. In my opinion they are a complete fraud.
The 87.50 charge after 14 days is not adequately disclosed in the online marketing material. The ad says a sample for $4.95 plus shipping, In reality you are agreeing to pay close to $100.00.
As I said in my opinion this is a complete scam. Spent a long time on the phone with a less than helpful call center employee.
