Worst service ever..
It may sound cliche but the only advice I can give you is "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY" They broke 3 pallets of merchandise and they blamed it on us by "poor packaging." We're a company who also work with R+L Carriers and A. Duie Pyle and they never did brake our pallets. Recently it took 5 days to bring a pallet from NJ to MA which is usually a 1 day turn around time. They made us look liek liars in front of our customers since they did not bring the material on time. The worst thing is they don't accept the problem and they don't apologize. Horrible customer services. Their drivers are the worst in this industry too.
Elitegroup - ECS
For the past several years we've had problems with the ECS 865PE-A motherboard. About a month ago, we found out that some of these boards were put together with bad capacitors and, as it turns out, ours is one of those. All kinds of intermittent problems including random shut downs. In any casee, since MAY 14th, I've been talking with their RMA group in order to get that board replaced. Of course, it's out of warrentee so they insist on a PayPal payment of $35 up front and then, when we finally went through the long and painful PayPal process, they wanted another $50 (once again ONLY by PayPal) before they'll send the replacement. Once again, we go through the long and painful process and we're still waiting. I asked to talk to someone in "customer service" and that's when I was run through another three day "ignore" phase. Finally some fellow named Kenny in Calif. returned my angry call and I explained my issue and suggested that their processes are broken. A simple, time honored, REAL on-line credit card transaction as used by any other "reputable" company would have easily carved days if not weeks out of the PAINFUL process with their company. Kenny don't seem to understand or care about this issue so I asked for a contact higher up. Guess who refuses to provide that info. I would suggest that anyone choosing to buy products from Elitegroup only do so if you NEVER intend to interface with their company beyond the purchase. Save yourself the frustration and consider your options.
