Horrible & Fraudulent -

- - Bank/address change; ebook launched; wrong 8x10 copies and Kindle listing.
On July 11th, 2024, I paid Elite Scribes for 50 copies of my 6 x 9 book. Tyler Hudson seemed extremely nice & encouraging.
Even offered to help me upload my manuscript on Amazon Kindle for free because I was having trouble sizing it. Nothing in life is free, it came with a price. I agreed!
In July 17th, I received notification that my bank information and or address had been changed. Meanwhile, on the 19th of July, my Ebook was successfully launched.
They sent me wrong copies of my book in 8 x 10 and changed the print to 8 x 10 on Amazon Kindle as well. I was perplexed! He apologized still seeming pleasant but when I addressed the change to my bank account information, they denied doing it. I finally received the 6x9 copies; font size the same; but my photo images were extremely blurred (please see attached comparison) Meaning, this was deliberately done.
I sent comparisons of my previous publication which it was printed perfectly but due to copyright infringement, I had to leave that publisher to print and open my own account, which was why I chose to have Elite print them. Tyler became angry and refuse to correct the situation. Although my ebook was launched, they did not finish the job on Amazon by resizing my book cover to be successfully approved for sales. I asked them why no ISBN Number isnt on my book.
They stated I had to pay extra. Please see photos of them sending me the book without ISBN number. When I further asked questions. The ISBN # appeared but after they sent me my prints.
It was so confusing which I see know it was fraud. I stopped them from hijacking my account.
I lost out on 2 vendor events and my books are not salable because of the photos are blurred. This was a disastrous experience.
