Elite Restorations did a great job!
I had Elite Restorations remodel my master bathroom due to hurricane Harvey and they did a great job. I was really scared because this was our first time remodeling our house but Elite made everything really easy and fast!
The project was supposed to take 3 weeks, but they were able to finish in 8 Days. My husband and I were very pleased with the outcome. They were very professional during the entire process and would the contractor George Rodriguez would call use while the construction was going on. After the job was completed they had 2 of his guys pick up all debris and cleaned the entire bathroom.
Everything came come out great! I would highly recommend Elite Restorations on your next project.

Terrible roof - unqualified contractor
George with Elite Restorations was hired by the seller of a home I purchased to put a new roof on the property. Once I was in possession of the house, a strong storm came, which caused a leak in the kitchen.
George reluctantly came out to "look" but he was too lazy to get on the roof and said he didn't offer any type of warranty on his work so we were at a loss. I called my reputable roofer to take a look and he said whoever put the roof on my house had no idea what he was doing. Apparently, George failed to remove 4 gable vents when he added the ridge vents. Any knowledgeable contractor would know that this short circuits the air flow from the soffit to the ridge.
So I let George know the problem and he has continually ignored my request for repair. In order to avoid further damage from the gable vent leak, we paid out of pocket to repair his mistake. Not only did the gables have to be removed, but the decking behind them had to be replaced as well.
George has no business calling himself a contractor or roofer. We will continue to share our story in hopes that George stops contracting work that he is clearly incapable of doing properly.

Elite Restorations and George Rodriguez?? RUN, RUN, RUN AWAY!!!
My spouse and I , from out of state, hired Elite for (2) concurrent rehabs. We paid Rodriguez $$$K up front for "Materials" purchase -- a month later we arrive in town to find no materials purchased and other than a little demolition and no work done on our properties.
The excuses were plausible at the time, George Jr. wife just had a baby and now baby and wife were sick in hospital. George R. Jr.
comes across as innocent as a teddy bear, but is as crooked and deceitful as they come.
After three months, and dozens more excuses, our workers being sent to other jobs and when we got workers, they were nothing more than a skeleton crew of unsupervised & unskilled non english speakingguys off the street paid $10 an hour that inflicted horribly damage to our properties. The work still was not even close to being done. Practically everything that was done would rightfully need to be ripped out and redone by professionals.
We lost money to Elite Restorations, on materials, repairs of the work we hired them to do and ultimately on the resale value of our properties -- not an exaggeration to say we lost probably $120K because of Elite Restorations and George Rodriguez Jr.
AND Sr. They deserve the Memorial Day floods to soak them like they soaked us.

Breaches Contract
He is a realtor and when he leases houses or sells houses he doesn't pay the other realtor their commission and ignores your calls. He also does a terrible job when he remodels houses.
He patches up mold with paint without treating it first. DO NOT USE THIS CROOK. Trust me when I tell you this guy knows his way around cheating the system and gets away with it.
He filed Chapter 13 bankruptcy which protects him somehow in people taking him to court so rather stay away from him....DO NOT USE AT ALL!!!! It's a shame he is getting away

Geroge Rodriquez at Elite Restorations doesn't pay contractor
This complaint is directed towards George Rodriquez Sr., his email is george@***p, the phone numbers listed for him are 281-920-**** and 281-748-****. George hired a contractor to do dirt work on his land in Fulshear TX and now he won't pay for the work.
He won't return phone calls when you try to contact him for payment. He has a company called Texas Elite Mortgage, Elite Realty Group and Elite Restorations in Houston.
If you plan to do work for this guy get paid up front. Better yet, avoid doing business with them.

Once a crook always a crook. Sad to say there are people like him in this world. He doesn't return calls and now that he filed Chapter 13 bankruptcy he thinks he can get away with more crookedness since you can't take him to court. That's right Chapter 13!!
Look him up. That tells you a lot when someone files that. He doesn't pay anyone back because he feels he needs it more than they do.
Sad to say he is teaching his kids/nieces/nephews to be that way or is ok to steal.
