I ordered a refrigerator on 5/16/17 for $2165.85; item USD54; it arrived on 5/23/17 and it was damaged; I refused and called the company and they sent out another refrigerator on 5/26/17 item# MBF8507 which is an older model and one I didn't want or ordered. So I called on 5/26/17 because I refused it and wanted the correct item sent to me and the company refused and wanted me to take an older model which I never ordered.

So I requested a full refund, and I received an email stating I would get a refund and on 5/30/17 I received an email stating I would receive a refund of $1224.39 minus $941.46 which I was never told about on the phone or via email. This is unlawful to do this. I no longer want any items this company sells since I don’t trust them and I do believe they would send out a damaged item, because Loren Bluevstein admitted that the sent out the wrong older model on purpose and were upset I refused it and insisted I be sent out what I actually ordered; therefore I want the rest of my money and now they owe me $941.46.
