Elite Rentals And Management

I've been here (my apt) Since Mar 1st to which now there are MICE!!! I found out the REAL OWNER lives in CA! so I contacted the couple and left a message in regards to an update: the apt was not up to date as far as stove not clean in or out paint drippings on floor, no mail box till July! no fridge till 2 weeks AFTER I moved in neighbors upstairs SELLING DRUGS! putting my life at risk I was stopped by someone in the neighborhood block club we also had a drive by to which the neighbors and a few friends of theirs were upset with the officers canvassing the street and I told them lay off them and let them do their job to which we got into a verbal disagreement I found out they have been stealing items I order as they so stupid one evening the sofa pillow was in the foyer when I came home!!! now if you steal from your neighbor DON'T LEAVE ANY EVIDENCE!! so I took a picture then a few days later one of their friends was sitting on the pillow!!! SUCH IDIOTS!!! now I contact the owner AGAIN!!! and ask to release out of my lease with NO PENALITIES plus you paying my moving expenses!!! I WANT IT IN WRITING!! the mgr WHOM HAS NEVER STEPPED ONE FOOT IN MY APT ACTUALLY PUT THE LETTER IN MY DOOR!!! COWARD and it only said your landlord agrees to terminate your lease with no penalities if you move by Nov 1st and contact him once you receive this letter now the letter is dated Sept 28th I spoke to the OWNER several times after that to which HE SPOKE NOTHING OF THIS *** DROPPING A LETTER WITH NO ENVELOPE NOR DO YOU ASK THE MAINTENANCE GUYS HOW IS THE WORK COMING ALONG? NAW YOU *** UP THE STAIRS AND PUT IT IN MY DOOR AND DRIVE OFF!!! so I snapps off on the owner and asks 'why would you have a letter drafted up and our conversation ISN'T completed? PLUS we are meeting later this Month? and why not give me the respect to let me know he will be coming by with a half *** letter? so then I get a call from Jessica 'the collections department of Elite' wanting to know 'when are you vacating as the Mgr says you are Really? ok since you know that much WHEN AM I VACATING? I just wanna know when you paying Oct rent? Oh didn't Mgr tell you? I don't have you as I also spoke to the Owner WHAT?! You don't speak to the Owner! Now by this time I'm trying to figure WHAT IS WRONG WITH ELITE RENTALS, JESSICA 'THE COLLECTIONS' AND JONATHAN SHAFER OWNER OF THE PROPERTY LET'S NOT LEAVE OUT THEIR STAFF!!! NADIA, LATOYA MR WILCOX!!! You ALL TRULY NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER!!! people trust you to put a roof over their heads and maintain the property IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOBS QUIT!!! A JOB AIN'T NOTHING BUT WORK!!! OH THIER MOTHER!!! my neighbors she stopped by one day banging on the door!!! I looked out the blind and said we have door bells now MUST'VE JUST GOT THERE! No 2 weeks ago LIKE I SAID JUST GOT THERE! and started yelling for someone to come down and let her in and once in she said she was going to 'whup that *** *** OMG! now I call myself being nice to let you know no need to bang on the door or MY WINDOW and find out WY WEREN'T YOU INFORMED OF THIS!! she goes upstairs STILL YELLING ABOUT WHUPPING MY *** I called my friend!!! she wasn't at home so I CALLED THE OWNER SURE DID!!! as when people clown you you never know what's in store!! SO I SAID ALRIGHT I WON'T BE TOO MANY *** NOW IF YOU THINK YOU CAN COME THRU THIS DOOR AND WHUP MY *** COME ON!!! of course she didn't!! walked out the door down the stairs got in her car and drove off!! THEN the daughter came down talking SMACK!! ON THE OTHER SIDE of the door!! I've place a small barricade to both doors as I just don't know what to expect I'm one who WON'T GIVE UP ON MY FAITH as I know this is not about me! IT'S BIGGER THAN ME OWNERS,RENTERS BE KIND TO PEOPLE AS YOU HAVE NO IDEA AS TO WHAT PEOPLE HAVE BEEN OR GOING THROUGH
