Review
At every hurdle problems were encountered from UPS not collecting my laptop after my deposit had been paid, charging me £100+ for what should have been a minor quick job repair and going ahead with the repair before asking me whether I was okay with the price, insisting that payment could only be made online (despite rarely having access to a computer because of the shifts I work), telling me that my laptop would be delivered tomorrow guaranteed (3 days and counting and still nothing). Staff don't care that I've had to take days off work unpaid to wait for collection.
By time I'm done, this simple job will have cost me £400 more! Worst company ever!
Ripped off totaly by computerised quote F@@KING JOKE OF A COMPANY
Requested an on-line quote for an i-phone 4s front & rear screen replacement, was quoted £59.99 which included collection and re-delivery had to pay deposit of £17.99. When phone was ready received an e-mail to request payment ob balance, when i logged on to do this the balance was £71.99 when i contacted them they told me the quote was net of VAT.
iT ONLY SHOWED THIS ON THE QUOTE RIGHT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE IN VERY SMALL TEXT. I had to call to have the deposit taken off so had to pay balance of £54 Phone was collected and returned in 7 days but only front screen was replaced when i contacted them they claim I was only quoted for a front screen replacement, DOH i cud of gone down the street and paid £55 for a same day express service for this.
Don't use a total rip off place needs closing down. Just about to contact CAB as am absolutely raging at the un-professionalism and lack of customer service

I've reported them to trading standards
Don't even think about using this so called company. I have just used them (or rather they have used me) to fix my Son's Ipod touch screen.
First they gave me a low quote,£59 (ex VAT which is in the very very small print at the bottom of the page).
In the email they asked me to phone them, they then quoted a higher price, £99 (again no talk of VAT).
I sent it off to them and it was returned with a new screen but they had damaged the corner, they also reset the device, without informing me beforehand.
Also the on/off button was all wobbly so we had to take it elsewhere to fix it.
I have written to them a couple of times but they don't reply. I have spoken to them on the phone but they insist on filling in a faults form, which they then don't reply to.
