Pissed off consumer
I have not received my report even though I took the test and my check cleared the bank. I called California and told the man who answered who I was and he disconnected the call.
Resolved: Their customer service is horrible. They put in three charges instead of one and try to get your money back. Good luck.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The credit they owed me was refunded. It was slow to post.
Overcharged times three, gaslighted and denied an available person or supervisor who can fix the problem.

I was asked in an email to review
- - Password reset page has no submit button, blocking password changes.
- - This has happened before and blocks CEU access; please fix quickly.
My only complaint is with the resting password page. It has no submit button to push so you can submit your new password.
This has been a real problem and this is the second time Ive not been able to get into this and get my password changed. Please see if this can be fixed asap as I cant go further on my CEUs until its fixed.
Also please check and see why this problem keeps happening. There must be a glitch in the program somewhere.
