The owner Sharon is a DISGRACE. She has BURNED me and then lied about it, she brings her DOG into the facility, she barged into my treatment session once, interrupted the nurse performing my treatment and said "okay you're done, let's go," and then walked out and did it to another patient. Beware of buying a package there!!!!!!... She changed the terms of my package 3 times..each time, the value went down but I received no money back; I've heard she does this to everyone!

The receptionists are nasty, nasty women who double-book and then call you the day of your appointment to change it if they want to go home early (it happened every single appointment that I had for the first year. Finally I said, "no, I am coming my scheduled time, stop calling me to change my appointments."...they stopped!) I switched to a new place after my package (prematurely) ended here for a different part of my body and I saw results AFTER ONE SESSION when I saw nothing for a year at Elite because Sharon has no idea what she is doing. She rips people off and is a scam artist.

Any dealings with her need to be in writing and on video because SHE IS A LIAR!!!!! Head to Yelp and see the crazy things she has done to these people.

I went to elite laser for a cool sculpting treatment on my stubborn belly fat. I was told I was a “perfect candidate “ and asking numerous questions about the results, was never told that I might need more then one treatment.

After going back several times for “after pic” I didn’t see much of a difference at all! I spoke with the owner Sharon and she ( without to much hesitation, agreed with me and made an appointment for another treatment free of charge. She waited a week to call and tell me she changed her mind. I pleaded my case and she seem to be swayed to do the right thing.

She told me she would call me in a few days. I received a confirmation text a few days later and responded confirming that I would be there. They waited to the morning of the appointment to call and tell me she had not changed her mind and I would have to pay.

She didn’t even have the decency or courage to call me herself. I am disappointed and hurt that people can be so cruel.

Talked me into purchasing a package saying it never expired!! Only the guarantee of 3 years would expire.

But of course no record of my package! Owner is manic STAY AWAY

I have been going here for years and receive many different services from all my fillers to facials and laser. I am always satisfied .

The staff is very friendly and Sharon is honest with what she can and can’t do. Ill be going for years to come and have many friends also using them

This place is in Ottawa and should not be confused with another center that has a similar name.

We are currently suing them under Suffolk County NDEX NO. 600872/2015. Do not fall for their lies to "put your trust in the hands of a registered nurse". They LIE!

They had a young girl with NO MEDICAL BACK GROUND, AND NO CERTIFIED TRAINING do my treatments. I HAVE BEEN IRREPERABLY HARMED AND SCARRED FOR LIFE! DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOU! The owner Sharon McDonough and Patrick McDonough closed down Elite Laser Hair inc, Elite Laser Hair Elite Laser Hair II, and are misleadingly operating under "Elite Laser Centers".

However, they Changed their coprporate name to Elite Laser Medi-spa LLC on January 7, 2015, to minimize their exposure from our lawsuit.

AVOID THESE CROOKS! I WILL UPDATE THE PUBLIC ACCORDINGLY!

I went to Elite Laser Center in January of this year. The "Nurse" offered me a Package at a "dicscounted price" if I bought it that day. She kept bragging that she was a nurse and that she does all the treatments. After I bought the package, they had someone else (NOT A NURSE) doing treatments. I also did some diging and found out that the "Nurse", Sharon McDonough has quite the colorful past. Her "professional career" was a disaster, but more recently, she changed her business names SEVERAL TIMES, starting when she used to operate in the smith haven mall kiosk. They had quite the colorful BBB complaints under her previous business names. And about a year ago their Bohemia location closed because they dont know what theyre doing.

The best part, I began going elsewhere for treatments and found out that Sharon McDonough sent an employee (Megan Mattern) for a pre-arranged fake "consultation" into a copetitors office to STEAL their pricing and other trade secrets right out of the competitors office. The owners (and some of the young and impressionable employees with whom they pray on to do their dirty work) are untethical, incompetant, jealous and unsavory people.

It just goes to show you why WINNERS focus on winning, while LOSERS focus on winners...

PS. This is why the 5-star, dreamy reviews you will find on-line about Elite Laser Centers are fabricated. One last thought, doesn't the word "centers" imply there is more than one location??? Theres only one location. Public deception at its finest!

This place is terrible! Came here for a consultation and met with the owner Sharon.

She had some pitch. She kept bragging that she was a nurse, as if that matters. In all fairness, as a nurse, why are you shooting a laser? I can only imagine why.

Plus, they literally had a dog barking in a back office.

I am repulsed. Not for me.

They Lured me in with a $16 internet ad. The woman knew I did not have money as a single mother. She hustled me for over a thousand dollars and when I wanted to stop coming, she basically threatened me with loosing my money.

I would like to know how people like this can sleep at night. $1000 may not be a lot of money to some people, but it literally takes food off our tables at night.

I read other complaints about them too. Obviously im not the only people they manipulate.
