Warning please read! The customer service is horrible, They could care less about customers! I ordered glass for my wood stove. Being a little confused I clicked on the link for the stove it ask me what kind of glass I picked one put in the measurements and paid for it. Just to make sure I ordered the correct one I sent and email. No response 3 1/2 weeks later the glass arrives I put it in the stove. All of a sudden it explodes covering my children and myself with tiny shards of glass. I mean explodes!!! I sent more emails asking what happened, no response, Finally I open a case with pay pal and ask for my money back, now they answer. Saying "we told you this was not for a stove". THANKS! and no you didn't, my phone number and email was on the order, It took 3 1/2 weeks you could have tried to contact me, you new it was wrong! and dangerous! can you imagine if you clicked on a table glass icon go through the steps of ordering a glass table top, ask if its correct, with no response. It arrives you lean on it and fall through. It was my fault,I should have checked there past reviews. Theres so many options out there this one is defiantly the worst! Also they refused to refund my money.

Boldface lies hoping they will wear you down.

Ordered two mirrors six weeks ago. They one mirror, the wrong size. They said they would email me a UPS pickup slip, never did. Many emails and phone calls later and they continued to make false promises and lies about the correct order being sent, but never gave a tracking # until finally today Fabian said they canceled the order. This after saying the mirrors were sent and I was to receive them last Friday. No pride of ownership and outright lies should shut this business down. Ridiculous. When I asked who the owner of the company is so that I may write a letter of complaint he said that they are not permitted to give out that information. Wow. A class act owner for sure.

Bait and Switch

Placed an order, RUSH order and paid an additional 25%. Ordered on 12/2/13 and was told delivery woould be 12/11/13. Called them the day of to see if order in fact has been shipped. Surprisingly, it hasn't been shipped and will be shipped today, 12/11/13. Delievery expected on 12/13/13. I asked them if I could trust that. She of course said, wait for it, YES! I just wanted to cancel the order, she said she can't that they will refund the 25%. The kitchen is installed today and I need the glass TODAY! I'm pissed. Bait and switch. Talked to the manager and she hung up on me.

Elite Glass did a sloppy job with a custom glass order

I ordered a custom sized round glass table top for a kitchen table. It came in a decent amount of time and was packaged impressively. However the glass table top was cut unevenly so that the edges were visibly uneven, not smooth, and not perfectly round. I called and emailed the company half a dozen times (even leaving a voice mail for the president whose name is Matt Doll and never heard back. This was not a inexpensive piece of glass but it looks horrible. Please be warned that this company doesn't care about customer satisfaction, just takes your money and that's it.

For anyone who may see this... I have done business with this company recently and I found them to be very helpful.

I ordered a custom piece of glass and it arrived perfectly. It was a little difficult to unpackage but I am glad they did such a wonderful job.

I will be ordering any glass I need in the future from them.


Thanks for your review, you kept me from doing business with them. It doesn't help you, but you are saving others from dealing with a company that doesn't care about their customer. In the end they lost my business based on your review.
