Damages and theft
Hired this compamny to transport 24 electric electric mokes. Carrier delivered them, my customer(dealer) accounting department made an honest mistake and paid them an extra $900 by mistake which was noticed right away, carrier deposited money and was made aware of this.
He was suppose to be paid $6000, they mistakenly paid them $6900. We have contracts showing all of this which I have attached. This company keeps giving excuses that make no sense and its now been a month. It is obvious he has no intentions in making this right.
They ignore phone calls, emails text. Only time they respond is when I tell them I'm about to take legal action against them. And then they damaged the bumpers on the last 2 that were delivered which is clearly on the pictures he took himself and wont take responsibility. I have attached the bills to fix the paint on them.
Which we have bols of. The damage on repainting the 2 bumpers is $342.66 each.
We need to be paid back $1,585.32 for the payment that was made the wrong way and these damages. We also have a copy of these checks that this company deposited showing a total amount of $6900 and contracts showing they were to be paid $6000.
