I purchased a ticket on Elite Airways two weeks ago. After checking with the gate agent 0ne week priorI found out that I was not scheduled on a flight.

in fact I found out that Elite Airways does not , Sunday 11:50 from Vero beach, FL . Arriving in Providence, RI at 2:40.

Possibly my payment didn't go through but I doubt it. I have since purchased a new ticket on Breeze Airlines for that date and time.

Elite Airways - Discontinued service from my city and refused ticket refund (only credit)

I had purchased a ticket from SRQ to HPN for travel in January 2022. Unfortunately, I had last minute changes and had to postpone my trip.

They gave me a credit with 1 year to use. Fair enough. However, this summer, when I went to rebook the trip I learned that they stopped serving SRQ and the nearest airport they serve is hundreds of miles away. In this case, I politely asked for a refund but they flatly refused saying [in so many words] "tough luck." I'll never use them again!

Beware, their network is very limited and they change cities with little to no notice. Don't get stuck like me with a worthless flight credit!

Booked a round trip flight from Newark to St. Augustine leaving on 8/4, on 8/1 they cancelled our flight and I had to book with another carrier.

Finally at my destination I received another email that my flight coming home was cancelled for 8/9. Once again I had to book with another carrier to get home. It was a big inconvenience and I was very upset. I am uncertain if I will ever fly with them in the future.

They should be more professional. And to top it off I am waiting for them to credit my card which I used to book this flight.

I was able to take my flight from Vero to Portland but had a lot of anxiety about the flight actually going .

Everything was good but flight was full of people whose previous flights had been cancelled . Many dogs were on the flight and the services were great .

I have to agree. I was scheduled on Vero Beach to Westchester tomorrow, and Ellite cancelled the flight late yesterday.

No assistance getting alternative flight. Had to book with JB at 3X the cost out if an airport 1.5 hours away.

They’ve done this twice to me now. Never again.

Flight Cancelled

They cancelled my flight in February then again in March. Had to rebook and cancel hotel and auto reservations both times. No offer for any future discounts to get me to return to them again.

I hope our flight is as pleasant as she was.
