I purchased a ticket on Elite Airways two weeks ago. After checking with the gate agent 0ne week priorI found out that I was not scheduled on a flight.
in fact I found out that Elite Airways does not , Sunday 11:50 from Vero beach, FL . Arriving in Providence, RI at 2:40.
Possibly my payment didn't go through but I doubt it. I have since purchased a new ticket on Breeze Airlines for that date and time.
Hard to get ahold of you by phone. Left my paperwork at home ad don't have flight information. Need to check status.

Nobody responded to my text message I want a full refund and I am just getting nothing from elite airways I had reservations and they were canceled two days before I was leaving and I lost two day of hotel too. That cost me 600 dollars please issue me a refund I have been trying for this a year n half now

Discontinued service from my city and refused ticket refund (only credit)
I had purchased a ticket from SRQ to HPN for travel in January 2022. Unfortunately, I had last minute changes and had to postpone my trip.
They gave me a credit with 1 year to use. Fair enough. However, this summer, when I went to rebook the trip I learned that they stopped serving SRQ and the nearest airport they serve is hundreds of miles away. In this case, I politely asked for a refund but they flatly refused saying [in so many words] "tough luck." I'll never use them again!
Beware, their network is very limited and they change cities with little to no notice. Don't get stuck like me with a worthless flight credit!

Very unsatisfied customer
Booked a round trip flight from Newark to St. Augustine leaving on 8/4, on 8/1 they cancelled our flight and I had to book with another carrier.
Finally at my destination I received another email that my flight coming home was cancelled for 8/9. Once again I had to book with another carrier to get home. It was a big inconvenience and I was very upset. I am uncertain if I will ever fly with them in the future.
They should be more professional. And to top it off I am waiting for them to credit my card which I used to book this flight.

I was able to take my flight from Vero to Portland but had a lot of anxiety about the flight actually going .
Everything was good but flight was full of people whose previous flights had been cancelled . Many dogs were on the flight and the services were great .

Flight to Vero Beach, Fl.
Flight was delayed for 2 1/2 hrs, then it was delayed 7 hrs, and then then canceled the flight! They offered a refund, but no alternate flight booking assistance.
Not even an attempt. They said to call customer service, but they are closed, with no other options.

Flight Cancelled
They cancelled my flight in February then again in March. Had to rebook and cancel hotel and auto reservations both times. No offer for any future discounts to get me to return to them again.

Heather a representative of yours .
Heather was so nice and helpful and professional. We had quite a time getting our flight plan straightened out.
After our arrangements were canceled because of the stopping of using the airports 8n Sarasota and Melbourne Florida. After a few attempts we got things planned. She was excellent. I just feel i was very lucky to get her on the phone.
I hope our flight is as pleasant as she was.
Please thank her for her wonderful service.

Please cancel my reservation and issue a refund. According to FAA rules, I am entitled to a full refund since the planned flight delay is more than 5 hours.

Customer Service or lack there of
First time flying out of Westchester Airport to Martha s Vineyard on Tues., 8/24. Flight was on time until we were ready to board.
Cancelled the flight due to a dent in the cargo door. Trying to get in touch with reservations to reschedule is a nightmare. Nobody at the airport, nobody answering the phones, and no flights going out.
I had to leave a message for them to call me back. I'm still waiting.

I have to agree. I was scheduled on Vero Beach to Westchester tomorrow, and Ellite cancelled the flight late yesterday.
No assistance getting alternative flight. Had to book with JB at 3X the cost out if an airport 1.5 hours away.
They’ve done this twice to me now. Never again.
