Worst Merchant on the market. The rep lies to you to get you signed up thinking you're paying the cheapest rates, then you're in contract for years that you have to pay huge amounts to get out of.
Rates may be cheap but they double and triple charge it and on top of everything have huge monthly fees.
Please never use this company, they shouldn't be in business. They will cause you a massive headache.

Basically they trap you forever and never let you leave unless you pay a 500 fee. Lots of liars and misleading information when you sign up.

Ca. 2010 - stole $1200 in "fees" even though we never commenced business with them.
Worst customer support ever! Lies and deceitful sales reps.
We were told we would get free paper refills for machine. Customer support didnt have any info on that.
Then card machine started rebooring multiple times each day and became unusable!! Backed up my cashiers, customers waiting while stupid machine reboots. Talked to several reps at customer support, they dont follow through with any commitments!!!. Was advised i would be charged $495 EARLY CANCELLATION FEE.
Even when their product doesnt work. I advised them that i will hit social media and if they still insist on charging the fee i will file civil suit!!! And I will!!!!!!
They lie when they sign you up stating they have best customer support and they ar ed better than Square. Dont believe any of it!!!!!!

The ABSOLUTE WORST MERCHANT COMPANY EVER!!! They don't back their businesses when there's a dispute, charge you random fees for not being compliant, but don't tell you you're not compliant until a month later when it shows up on your bank statement.
Customer services is amazing, until you sign up, then forget about it. I told them I wanted to purchase the terminal & guess what, they put me on a 5 year lease, to get out of it would be $2400!!!! PLEASE DON'T CONSIDER THIS MERCHANT TO PROCESS YOUR CARDS!!
Going to leave negative reviews every where possible to warn small businesses! I have had nothing but issues since the day I signed up.

Absolute WORST Customer Service on EARTH
I have never dealt with a company that is so hateful and rude.
I signed on because the salesman that came to our business was wonderful. He was so helpful and friendly that I was sold just on his customer service. But, the first time I had to deal with an issue all I got was absolute rudeness, I demanded to speak with a manager and the woman actually laughed at me and said he is only going to tell you the same thing. Then again on my second time to call, the rep was rude from the start and when she would not explain or help my situation I asked for a manager and she said the same response...they are only going to tell you the same thing. Only this rep. put me on a never ending hold.
I am sick to my stomach that I trusted this company with our business.
Any one considering Eliot Management Group turn and RUN. They are crooks and once your in your stuck. Sickening.
Dishonest, Rip Off Company
I had a sales rep that did not tell me all the negative with this company! I trusted her due to her being in my networking group.
I will give you the best and lowest rates you can get. She did not bother to tell me it was a 3 year contract! Shame on me for not reading all the fine print Our credit card charges with this company more than doubled!! We have never paid charges like we did with this company.
I called and they would not let us out of our contract and so we have been paying basic fee's for almost 3 years now. Called again today, 5 months till out contract is over and still they will not let us out of it!
BEWARE, if you do not send a closing statement to cancel THEY AUTOMATICALLY RENEW YOU! HORRIBLE, DISHONEST, RIP OFF COMPANY!!

Bad Sales Rep Experience
This company is not about helping you finding the best rates but having you sign a 3 year contract with terrible rates. As we meet with the sales rep he was very pushy and aggressive in getting us to sign a contract with them.
On top of this he tried to sell a credit card processing unit for $700, outrages. We told him we would need to have time to review the contract and understand the terms and conditions. Up front he made a bunch of promises as far as rates go and as we skimmed through the contract he quickly passed over tons of monthly fees that would be charged for there services. As we looked over the contract and the fees closer in detail there were outrages fees that made know sense at all that other merchant services do not charge.
Also we found out that the merchant processing company is not even Eliot Management Group but some bank back east so not very honest and upfront at all. As I met with him to tell him we were going to look elsewhere for the merchant services he was a complete poor looser. Complaining about me waisting his time, as I saw this I was very glad that we had decided not to do business with them and we never will.
I even told him we would return back to them as an option if we were unable to get our needs filled elsewhere however he still was a poor sport about it. This man needs to work on his character.

Warning do not use this eliot for your merchant services this is the worst company i have ever delt with. They stole $636.00 from my account for an extra pin pad that i never recieved.
They did not provide me with SNAP EBT service or debit. They lie steal and cheat
Eliot Management Group STEALS MONEY FROM SMALL BUSINESSES
Horrible customer service. tons of hidden fees.
No one would ever call me back. Took $700 from my acct for equipment that didn't work. I spent $66 to send it back priority over night. A week later when I hadn't received it, I had to report fraud to my bank to get it back.
Finally had enough and switched companies. Eliot Management and their affiliate First american, took $600 out of my account because of cancelling my contract early. THEY are the ones that did not fulfill their end of the contract. I am contacting the attorney general in AZ to report them.
I have also filed with the BBB. I will not rest until I get that $600 back from these thieves.

No problems and been processing for years.
Realize that lots of fees do occur when you go with the credit card processor. Most are out of their control. From my experience the rates that Elliot has given me has been fantastic along with the service. The Rates were more competitive than anyone else i looked at. The terminals easy-to-use. I've been with two other processors in the past and they are the best. Glad I made my decision. They were flexible on the rates terms and equipment.
They are here locally in town for me to contact.

Eliot Management Group - Promises Broken and Money Stolen
We were ripped off by Eliot Management Group for a total of $1210.53.
Eliot Management Group, First American Payments/Merimac Capital, and TransTech Merchant Services are all interconnected (some sort of conglomerate) ISO's of Keybank. Their headquarters is in SLC, UT.
Eliot Management Group contacted me about merchant services in May this year (2010). Their salesman Matt (don't recall the last name and he doesn't work there now) gave me figures as to what their percentages were and the numbers sounded good.
I met with Matt and Brian, his "trainer," at Starbucks a few days later and went over their program and asked some questions about how it would integrate with the new website we were building and Brian assured me that it was so easy it could be done "in 15 minutes" and would work with any e-commerce platform.
We didn't immediately start the service as we had some delays, but Eliot Mgmt. began billing our bank account even though they said they wouldn't until we were ready.
Then their software didn't work with Shopify.com's website structure which is how we'd set up our site.
Then they billed me an annual fee which apparently was hidden in the small print somewhere (they'd assured me there were no other hidden fees - they lied - about pretty much everything).
Needless to say, this type of business is at least dishonest, and at worst fraudulent.
Fact #1 - Eliot Management stated that their online software would work with anyone's website - NOT TRUE.
Fact #2 - Eliot Management stated they would reimburse us every month from July to Sept - THEY DIDN'T (except July).
Fact #3 - Acct Rep stated at least twice (Aug. and Sept.) that our account would be suspended to keep this issue from happening again - HE DIDN'T.
Fact #4 - I sent Branch Manager Russ Hausman an email demanding a refund for services not received from Eliot Management Group on October 5...he responded saying he'd call me - HE DIDN'T.
Fact #5 - After we stopped payment of the October fee for the service we hadn't commenced, an associated company of the Eliot Management Group proceeded to withdraw - unauthorized - over $600 out of our bank account - THIS IS FRAUDULENT.
Recommendation - RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OR ANY CONNECTED COMPANIES!!!
