- - An email says the package was sent, but no delivery date or ETA.
- - No explanation for the delay or why it wasn't sent, and no apology.
I finally got an email today saying that my package was sent out, but it still doesn't have a date of when it might get to me. Also, it doesn't tell me why it hasn't been sent out to begin with since I ordered it a long time ago.
I really would have liked an answer.
Also, what about saying sorry that didn't happen either? This is not good customer service at all.

Package not received

I ordered my package almost a month ago and it's still sitting in their facility and has not left. I can't get a hold of anybody with customer service through email, calls, voicemails; nothing has worked.
I have ordered three other times from this company and have never had problems like this, but I didn't think that I would or have a hard time getting a hold of somebody to find out why I'm not getting my package. I'm really disappointed!
