After waiting 3 months for payment from this website last year, I was weary of doing business with them again. Low and behold, after two deals I am now waiting on payment for almost two months. They have not replied to emails. NEVER should a vendor have to wait this long for payment. I would never recommend this subpar website to shoppers or sellers.

Sellers Beware they do not pay as promised
I have Sold 4 Deals with Eleventh Avenue and Groopdealz and their contract says they pay you the shipping costs with in 1-3 Days and 75% of your deal in 7-10 Business Days. It took them more than 7-10 days to pay the shipping and it takes them 3 Plus weeks to pay you on the deal and to get paid you have to Email them Over and Over. Sellers depend on getting paid for their Sales so they can turn right around ans purchase more inventory. To deal with a Company that hold your money for 30-60 days is A Rip off and I am contacting the Attorney General. Their Customer Service is HORRIBLE and I will never buy or Sell with them again!!!

Yes, they owe me money for a deal done this summer (it is now 5 months late on the payment) that has still been not paid. I have tried contacting the accounting department and they will not return emails and calls.
As a vendor, I don't know how they retain ANYBODY as a vendor. This is basically stealing.
They have stolen the money they owe for my deal. I will NEVER do business with them again.

I have not got paid either, and I'm just not the kind of guy you mess with.
Then will come the attorney.
This same thing is happening to me. They kept telling me to talk to Holly Mitchell, who either ignored me or gave me the run around.
First she quoted that I would be the first payment on August 2nd. I sent an email reminder because my shipping took 2 weeks, not 24-72 hours.
On August 2nd, i received and email saying that the payment will then be released in 7-10 days. I sent accounting, support, and holly another email saying how ridiculous this is, and send them their own policy which says it should only take 7-10 days from transit confirmation.
TOTAL run around.
I think we should all come together and sue.

I thought I was the only one but you are absolutely right! It happened to me and i decided to stop working with them and also buying from them!
It took them 5 months to pay $1100.00. Every time I run a deal, you have to ask for your money.
They do not send it unless it is requested. I have two that are now over 30 days. Just left a message with accounting. I bet I'll get paid later today!!!
What a surprise. Not doing deals with them any longer....
I sell on eleventh avenue as well and before March (when they were strictly groopdealz), I was getting completely paid off in 30 days. It's now June and I'm still waiting on payments from March AND I've emailed them multiple times many departments.
Not happy either.
