Anonymous Currently having the same issues Judith. We are extremely disappointed. These people should not be in the business of customer service. Did you ever get your claim resolved?

Wrecked on Dec.19 2016. Today is Jan. 15 2017. I was almost killed in wreck. My little 4 and 1/2 lb dog of 5 years died in front of me as she was thrown into dash by illtimed airbag deploy and her neck was broken. I was until recently an elephant insurance customer. After having accident I quickly learned that I was part of an undesirable company. Not only was the customer service the worst I have ever experienced but they were so unfair with settling the claim that I didnt hesitate to cancel my policy and rid myself of them.

Cancel your policy with Elephant A.S.A.P. They are not worth your time or money. Had someone break into my truck months ago and still haven't got anything resolved. We call about 2 times a day and no answer or call back even on emails. Spend the extra and get Progressive.

So I switched to elephant and I wish I had not.Like four days later I hit a pole. My fault my mistake. Reported claim. The guy Alex treated me like it was an inconvenience that this happened. Horrible company!I was with them for 5 years and had full coverage from the time my vehicle was brand new. No accidents, tickets or claims in 5 years. A hail storm hit my car and they deemed my car a total loss and only paid me half of what my car was worth.
