Bad Customer Support
- - Support conflicts over 20" vs 18" seat on HFK-9210KDB.
- - Photos show an 18" seat, but a 20" is claimed.
- - No clear Yes/No answer; support asks for an order number.
Find another provider.

Customer Support never answers the simple question.
They send my photos with dimensions clearly showing an 18 seat; but, tell me it is 20 which conflicts with the specifications.
They ask me for an order number when I have re-iterate that I have not, nor will I order this if it does not have a 20 seat.
This product is clearly a product from China and since support cannot seem to even read my support email, I suspect that Support is also in China and they cannot read English. Its a simply question requiring either a Yes or No answer.
So, I have lost out in the Labor Day Sales Discount as well as the $10 off.
If these people cannot read english or answer question without conflicting replies, then they should not be allowed to sell their products in the US!

You sound like a miserable person. You need to find a place that carries these types of walkers for you to see in person.
Really⁉ I have looked. No one carries Elenker products in this area.
This was a simple inquiry requiring either a yes or no answer and the did neither. I’m not knocking the product, just their lack of product knowledge, ability to read and reply correctly. The person I spoke to on the phone yesterday, was equally unhelpful. Now to you.
You are equally pathetic and would probably spend your money on something that doesn’t meet your requirements. Being able to make inquiries about products sold on line is fundamental to making good choices.
