Lost delivery

Elemis - Lost delivery

Parcel delivered by Royal Mail thrown over gate when arrived bk from work parcel missing made complaint with Royal Mail was discussed to here they was blaming Elemiss and not delivery person they are fetching him bk to show were he put parcel I am sure he wont say he threw it over gate I have him on ring camera on the front of my property with parcel then putting a card threw door he then Wendy round bk I have not got him opening my gate as its about 5 ft high

User's recommendation: Great proxy’s many of them I sell at Ulta Beauty. I tell everyone how good products a customer service person in person would ge hreat. You sent me the text and want to order a product I do not have any mote to say but trying to get to 100 words so I will type more to get the 100 symbols. Love your products hope this is long enough

Can’t get ahold of on Sunday

Its Sunday- your closed. I made a mistake when ordering- that was on me- not anything to do with your company.

When I called on Monday; I was fine with the fact I couldnt cancel. Just gives me an extra special gift to send to my other sister. Now all 3 of us sisters have/ or will have soon; once I ship it from my other sisters house after Christmas when I go visit, your Advent calendar. I know they are both going to go nuts when they open.

Everything is ok. Not a pissed customer anymore.

Did not receive my order

I ordered back in early September and was sent a email from Elemis with a shipment date of September 22, I do not have my order yet. Also, the tracking that should have been part of the email never worked.

Ive sent an email but never received anything back.

I just want my money back now. This has been a big pain.

Items not received and lack of post cruise response

I purchased over $100 at the Crown Spa i have not received the merchandise.

My husband and I had a couples massage and the technicians promoted all the items used during the treatments. We both purchased items he bought a skin brush and body oil for I purchased eye serum, collagen eye treatment and body oil I have not received my order .

Our paperwork stated to contact them if items order have not been received within 10 days . I have not received my order.

I expected Princes to help me resolve the matter given the cruise line is promoting the Elemis product line. Other cruise provide product on board to eliminate this type of problem.

I expected the cruise line to stand behind the items promoted on the ship however I have not received a response from Princes or Elemis .

Elemis Detox Program is false adverstisement

I took the Secrets of a Flatter Stomach Seminar on Princess Sapphire Cruise Ship. I underwent the analysis with the trainer and was told I needed a 9 month detox program using the Elemis Detox products to the of $956 (more than the cruise itself cost).

About few hours after I paid, reality set in and I tried to get a refund on the portion that was to be shipped. I was told by Spa employees that it was too late to cancel the order after only few hours had passed! I tried to contact the trainer who sold it to me and was disappointed that I got no reply.

I called Elemis directly as soon as I arrived back home and were told by them that I needed a Doctor’s note from to get the full refund and only 85% refund back. After paying so much money and not even opening the product. Of course they had no problem in charging my account immediately, but having issues returning unopened product with Customer Service is no sense, literally the next day. Due to health conditions I do not want to use this product and the Customer Service is telling me to get a doctors note which I can report to the Federal Bureua.

If a customer wants to return within 1-2 day of purchasing, I should be able to get full refund back, which I am very disappointed in the Customer Service and the false advertisement on the cruise and the research I did on the product shows that it is really not a detox. I am pissed off since I am having trouble getting my money back fully.

Please do not purchase it, false advertisement.

Don't forget you can complain to your charge card merchant. Vendors (such as Elemis) do not want frequent charge backs.

And I believe VISA has some kind of guarantee.

I am disappointed as well. I feel the price is way to expensive considering the product doesn't really work.

The personal trainers were great and really knew how to plug the product. They were really able to sell the idea of physiology to the clients.

I wish I could find some additional information on the product. There is no one knowledgeable about the product in Ft.

Lauderdale, FL.

I can't believe I was persuaded to make the expensive purchase.

I had a wonderful vacation, this was the only regret.
