I live in the Bahamas. I purchase An Element 43inch smart tv on February 8th. 2017 from Brandsmart. On February 19th, 2017 the television would cut on and then off. 32" TV failed on February 10, 2017, Purchased September 13, 2016. Sticker with serial number shows manufacture date of May, 2016. Submitted a copy of duplicate sales receipt given to me by Wal-Mart (yes, I misplaced the original). Was told they would not honor warranty without original. Seems questionable that unit failed 9 months after manufacture and even though they have my warranty information dated and filed in September - that is not good...

So you go buy 2 60 inch tv's from element in less than a year one go bad . You will be ok because your year warranty it's still good so contact the company and after 20 pictures and back n foward e-mails they send somebody to pick up the tv a month after .so its been another month since they got the tv and still got to wait from 3 to 5 weeks for my money because they don't have any other tv to send me way to go.

Volumn would decrease on its own. Repeatedly. Also the source icon would pop up and randomly start scrolling. The only way to Make it stop was to unplug tv. Great picture. Cheap product. I want my zenith back!

I will never but this off brand bs, instead i will pay extra for better service and customer service. The customer service suck, when you call they sound like robots. I bought the Element 65 inch smart tv with wifi after saving for my super bowl party. I had the tv delivered to my freight forwarder and it was shipped to me in the Bahamas. Yes. My TV went out. Element customer Care had me recycle my TV (take it to dump and said they would issue me a $400 credit. The purchase price. That was on Oct. 15th. All I receive now when I contact them is "it's in process". I will NEVER purchase ELEMENT products and will inform everyone I know to do the same. Still no refund!! RIDICULOUS ....
