The TV is four months old Im a senior it was bought for me from my daughter as a gift. No one has the receipt it was paid in cash.
Walmart will not except it back for an exchange. I went directly to element website they will not help me at all even though I bought a two year warranty on it I think your company sucks and takes advantage of people in your product is damaged.
