They refused to pay for a return and kept giving me the run around until I was able to get 80% of the cost refunded. Cant remember which site though.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Emailed Customer Support but the mail bounced.
Then I read this site and reported them here for others not to purchase from them.

CAN NOT REACH THE COMPANY BY PHONE EMAIL OR SNAIL MAIL TO MAKE A RETURN. PRODUCT IS VERY LOW QUALITY AND NOT AS SHOWN IN FACEBOOK. HAVE SINCE FOUND OUT THAT THIS SITE IS PROBABLY A SCAM

Verified ReviewerOrdered a cardigan with sheep on £37 pounds were taken from my bank account and I haven’t heard or received my goods,there’s no phone number or contact details to enquire where my cardigan is.
Paid for a cardigan £37 but never got it and the address you gave doesn’t exist no contact at all.
Not heard or received my goods.theres no contact details and havent heard from them ,if nothing arrives soon will be contacting my bank about fraud.

Poor quality and missing products
Ordered a couple of lovely woollen cardigans which stated they were 5XL size. Over a month later I have got one tiny t-shirt that I did not order and one poor quality hood vaguely resembling the cardigan but in really cheap fabric and it would fit a toddler not me!
