Elegant Wigs

This company is scamming consumers. They are based in China.

They claim they have "fast shipping and easy return". When you select the product from the images on their site, they write you back and say that "it's being manufactured." After waiting two weeks I contacted them and they replied "it's ready." What I received looked nothing like the wig in the photo and they refused to refund my money.

See photos of what I ordered and what they shipped. They're basically thieves.

Don't buy from this company. I bought a wig that my hair dresser said looked like part of a dead skunk' s tail.

It took over a month to get. It became an escalated complaint thru PayPal and the company is requiring me to send it back to China at my expense.

I would never have purchased it if I knew it was from China. BEWARE!!!!!

Dont buy from this company. I ordered a human hair wig for my son.

It look a month to get. My son opened the box and the wig was supposed to be brown. It was brown and grey. It was nothing like the picture.

The hair was falling out. The wig was not worth $130. I emailed the company and asked for a refund. My son isnt 60 he is a teenager.

They asked for pictures of the wig. I sent them and still havent heard back.i demand a refund the wig is not high quaility.

Its something you would buy at a costume store. And my son isnt going to ware this wig.

The wig arrived earlier than expected delivery date which was great.It came very nicely presented in a neat box together with the pink comb and net which was a nice touch especially for the price. Upon opening I was holding my fingers crossed that the colour is the same as ordered and it was, I would even say it's much nicer than the picture.

The picture doesn't really show the actual depth of the colour. First thing I noticed was how 'real hair like' it felt. I was not expecting such quality for such a low price.

Awful quality! The wigs do not look like what's pictured. Then, if you want to return it, that's a bigger hassle! Apparently there is a NO return policy. PLEASE read the fine print!

Paypal will not stand behind you. I was told I had buyers remorse. I suppose that's somewhat true. I'm remorseful buying from ewigs!!!

The wig had absolutely no shape to it. I was told to bring it to my hairdresser. REALLY? Pay to have it cut & styled on top of the cost of the wig? I think not. ewigs offered me a refund of $40 and a discount off my next order. There is no way I would ever think of ordering from them again. I told them $40 was unacceptable. This POS wig cost me $120! Why would they offer this to me if there wasn't a valid issue?? Pic#1 is what I ordered Pic#2 is the mess I got!

I'm so pissed at these people. They basically called me a liar.

Sent me the wrong order and claim that's what I did order, & I didn't. The quality of hair is awful and I think they should go out of business.

I can't begin to tell you how many things they did wrong to me. No need to contact me because they don't listen to you anyway.

I ordered a wig from Ewigs and when it arrived it was BRIGHT RED when I ordered Dark Brown I sent an email to their customer service department and have yet to recieve an answer I paid them $157 for a wig that I did not order nor can I wear due to the color being totally opposite from my natural hair color. Now I will have to go to Dallas two and one half hours away (which I should have done in the beginning and purchase a wig. I just found out today there is a wig shop in Dallas where they custom fit you for style and color.

I purchased a wig from this website EWIGS that sold at another website

for extremely less money however they did not have the color variation

that I wanted so I opted to purchase from this site at three time the price, after waiting weeks to receive the wig only to find that it was not what I paid for it was just a simple synthetic wig that they made to look like the picture and the color was not what I requested. they are hard to respond to any e-mail and you can not call to china to get any help I am verrrry pissed!!!!

I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. What they sent was not at all like the picture, twice as long, has a strange cut, cap size is large for "Average" and the quality very inferior, lots of hairs falling out.

I bought a wig on eBay for 10.00 that was better quality than this one. On top of that I have requested my money back and complied with all their conditions but they are not cooperative and have not sent the return permission. Steer clear of buying from them, I don't trust them and I regret spending the money.

I hope I get my money back.

If the owner is in the United States why does he have a phone number out of the USA? Why does he deal only by email and his english is broken with wrong spelling.

I wish I had inspected his website BEFORE I ordered two human hair wigs. I tried to cancel my order as soon as I got the confirmation which I didn't understand. It said I would receive and it is with manufacture. I asked what that meant and was told that my order was delivered on July 16th, however I didnt even place the order until July 20th.

From that point on I tried to cancel and a Martin Carter told me I would be charged 40% if I cancelled and urged me not to cancel. I called my bank and they suggested that I return them when I received them so I waited until I got them. Believe me this is a mess, he will not give me a RMA number or an address to return them to. They are totally unwearable!

They have a terrible smell, the "lace front" is like no lace front I've ever seen on any wig - it is very obvious and it is not lace, it is a netting that goes over the forehead and around to the ears and it's baggy and unsightly.

I could go on for many pages writing about the quality but suffice it to say, I have filed a claim on paypal to get a refund because he will not let me return them and refund except for 50%. DO NOT ORDER FROM E-WIGS.COM

I am a customer of ewigs for a long time now and they have always been very understanding and are going through a very rough patch because of the people in China trying to rip off their company! I know Kelly and Marty through phone convos and are very legit people!

Please pay close attention to what site your visiting to get an e-wigs wig because there are people in China scamming wig company's! E-wigs is the best but remember to add the dash in the name!

E-wigs....not ewigs all together, that's the scam site!! If you want true and honest people and wigs visit E-Wigs not Ewigs!

Not like having Cancer and loosinfg all your hair isnt bad enough. the wig was not the style for my mother it was the wrong color and they would not refund me the money after sending $175. Worst experience ever
