Terrible Company-- not reputable

Buy from anywhere but this company!!

I ordered on a Friday. Per their website, a confirmation email should be sent the same day.

I checked spam and everywhere else on my email....never got it.

I checked my bank account and there was a hold for the amount for two days then it just disappeared.

They are not open on the weekend and I called bc I was concerned it did you go through since I NEVER received a confirmation email from them. Bc of this, I purchased another set.

Out of the blue 5 days later, my account is charged and I get a shipment notification email. They want to charge 15 percent re stocking fee when it hasn't even actually left NJ and the air headed, idiot, low life with merely the title of "manager" has the audacity to tell me I should have left a voice mail over the weekend bc they failed to send me a proper confirmation email, that no one would get to until the following week AFTER it had already been shipped. I'm other words....there still would have been a restocking fee of 15% which is utterly ridiculous.

I don't care how low their price may be in comparison to others...spend your coins else where. There is a reason it's lower than others bc their customer service and quality of product is also pathetically low.

SHIPMENT FELL OFF THE TRUCK, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CALLING CENTER

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ORDERED A BEDROOM SUIT, THE TRUCK ARRIVED WITH THE DRIVER, NO ONE ELSE. THE LOAD FELL OFF A 5' LIFT GATE ON TO THE STREET. I REFUSED THE DELIVERY EVEN THOUGH THE DRIVER SUGGESTED THE BOXES WERE DAMAGED, NOT THE FURNITURE INSIDE..SERIOUSLY? FROM A 5 FOOT FALL? I ASKED THE COMPANY TO REIMBURSE ME THE $75 I PAID THE EXTRA MOVING COMPANY TO BE THERE TO MOVE THE FURNITURE INTO THE HOUSE (THEY CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE BUT I HAD TO REFUSE THE SHIPMENT). HOMELEGANCE NEVER ANSWERED ANY OF MY QUESTIONS AND ALL THEY WANTED TO KNOW IS WHEN TO RESHIP!!! BEWARE OF THE COMPANY, IT'S AN ONLINE ONLY COMPANY, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPARENTLY A CALLING CENTER AND FILING A DAMAGE CLAIMS IS A JOKE. BE CAREFUL DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!
