Terrible Company-- not reputable

Buy from anywhere but this company!! I ordered on a Friday. Per their website, a confirmation email should be sent the same day. I checked spam and everywhere else on my email....never got it. I checked my bank account and there was a hold for the amount for two days...

SHIPMENT FELL OFF THE TRUCK, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CALLING CENTER

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ORDERED A BEDROOM SUIT, THE TRUCK ARRIVED WITH THE DRIVER, NO ONE ELSE. THE LOAD FELL OFF A 5' LIFT GATE ON TO THE STREET. I REFUSED THE DELIVERY EVEN THOUGH THE DRIVER SUGGESTED THE BOXES WERE DAMAGED, NOT THE FURNITURE INSIDE..SERIOUSLY? FROM A 5 FOOT FALL? I ASKED THE COMPANY TO REIMBURSE ME THE $75 I PAID THE EXTRA MOVING COMPANY TO BE THERE TO MOVE THE FURNITURE INTO THE HOUSE (THEY CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE BUT I HAD TO REFUSE THE SHIPMENT). HOMELEGANCE NEVER ANSWERED ANY OF MY QUESTIONS AND ALL THEY WANTED TO KNOW IS WHEN TO RESHIP!!! BEWARE OF THE COMPANY, IT'S AN ONLINE ONLY COMPANY, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPARENTLY A CALLING CENTER AND FILING A DAMAGE CLAIMS IS A JOKE. BE CAREFUL DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!
