They are using the 2008 version in 2018. Try contacting, never got a response. Stay away!
Do not spend your money at Electropass its outdated and there is no human customer service,
You better avoid, unless you are happy using a 10 years old version that might not get you through the exam..............................................................................................

Just used Electropass ltd for my 17th edition
Electropass were a lot cheaper than doing the course at my local collage, but I was a little hesitant that they might not be a real company at that price. I checked them out on the City and Guilds website and they are shown on there. You can also pay with Paypal so they can only take the amount of money you agree to.
I took my 17 edition with them, they were really friendly and professional, we got our results on the day and the certificates in the post. Mine only took a couple of weeks to come.
I was really happy with them and will use for my Part-P

Electropass 17Th Edition E-Course Review
Thanks so much Electropass for the ease at which I was able to take and pass my 17th edition and part P. Professional from word go and great to deal with.
I will be highly recommending you. Thanks again, kind regards Nathan
Very odd company.
I booked the following exam:
Event Bridgend - City & Guilds 2382-** **th Edition Wiring Regulations EXAMEvent Date 09-09-2015 3:00 pmLocation Premier Conference Centre - Bridgend (The Derwen, Bridgend, CF32 9ST, Bridgend, CF32 9ST, United Kingdom)
I took the exam on the date specified but for some unknown technical reason the computers would not connect to the Premier Inn servers and we did not get the advertised 'Instant Result' (screenshot available). Nor did we receive the advertised certificate within 3 days.
Following several emails, which Electrpass would sometime take several days to respond to, eventually an e-certificate was sent by Electropass with an explanation stating City and Guilds had lost/misplaced/not bothered sending my hard certificate to them.
I ended up making a formal complaint to City and Guilds who informed me that certificates had been sent for me to Electropass old address, and for some remarkably odd reason Mr Wilcox was unable to access that address or put on a Royal Mail Redirection?!
There then followed a farce in which Mr Wilcox claimed he'd received all oustanding certificates 'except' mine, which caused further delay. I received it on 10 November 2015.
There has been no apology, no real explanation and no acknowledgement of responsibility to learners.
They still advertise (today 10/11/2015 screenshot) instant exam results. It's completely misleading advertising. They have no formal complaints procedure and if I were you I'd spend a little extra and save yourself the hassle.

I am totally perplexed by this review that is not factual so I would like to raise the following points as a matter of balance.
It was explained that we were experiencing difficulties in connecting to the Wireless at the exam venue and I would forward the results the following day as I have a 2 hours’ drive home and it was now 5:30pm. We received 2 x emails that evening chasing the results which were actually sent to him that evening @ 11:55pm by Mr Wilcox.
The next day @09:54 I sent an email apologising for the delay with the results.
We did not advertise a certificate within 3 days as this is not possible.
A formal complaint to City and Guilds was made and they emailed back to say that the error was theirs NOT Electropass and apologised for the problems experienced.
There was nothing remarkable or odd about the fact that we had changed business premises and told City and Guilds this. They had failed to update the details on their system and despite multiple emails some certificates were sent to our old address. We managed to keep hold of the keys as long as possible but as there was a new tenant we had to give the keys back.
Electropass & City & Guilds have BOTH apologised to this person on multiple occasions, by phone and email proof of which can be provided. The reason for the delay in getting the printed certificate to them was explained by us and City & Guilds as explained above. What ‘Real Explanation’ this person is waiting for baffles me. We DO have a formal complaints procedure which is a requirement of our City & Guilds membership BUT the complaint was made directly to City & Guild and not ourselves.
In fact nearly all the email correspondence between ourselves and the Student was very courteous and whilst we all were getting frustrated with the situation we could not see the reason the complaint was made in the first place. And despite this students first time pass rate 78.3% at the lowest price in the UK of £159 we find this report.
