The technician that arrived to my home had somewhat of a hard time to open the components of the dryer, he was perhaps a new technician to this company. They were okay to charge $150 for the labor, and charged me $140 for the part. Totaling above $310 with taxes. After the repair was done, I checked on the price of the part and was shocked to find it in the market for $49, and other places for less. They stiffed me $90 and when I called them to complain, they gave me all kinds of B.S. Customer service told me we will send the technician to get the part back, of course didnt happened.
